Prensa (MPPPST). Una delegaci\u00f3n de Venezuela participa en la 329 reuni\u00f3n del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), para expresar al mundo los avances que se han alcanzado en materia laboral.<\/p>\n

La delegaci\u00f3n venezolana est\u00e1 encabezada por el Ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, Francisco Torrealba; el viceministro para el Sistema Integrado de Inspecci\u00f3n Laboral y de la Seguridad Social, Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Rivero;\u00a0 Carlos L\u00f3pez, vocero invitado de los trabajadores; Henry Navas, coordinador internacional adscrito al despacho del Ministro Torrealba y Esther Busser, de la Mesa Directiva de los trabajadores del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la OIT.<\/p>\n

En nota de prensa de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) se destac\u00f3 que durante la reuni\u00f3n se investigar\u00e1 de forma conjunta con otras instituciones el alcance mundial de la esclavitud moderna y el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n

Durante la reuni\u00f3n los representantes de los trabajadores, y los gobiernos del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la OIT abordar\u00e1n los desaf\u00edos mundiales en materia social y del empleo, examinar\u00e1n los derechos fundamentales de los trabajadores y las propuestas de programa y presupuesto de la OIT para 2018-19.<\/p>\n

Protecci\u00f3n de los Trabajadores y del salario<\/strong><\/p>\n

Venezuela tendr\u00e1 su participaci\u00f3n el 23 de marzo. Ese d\u00eda ser\u00e1n expuestos los avances obtenidos en Revoluci\u00f3n en materia laboral. Vale destacar que en Venezuela el Gobierno revolucionario ha realizado una serie de aumentos del salario con el prop\u00f3sito de vencer la guerra econ\u00f3mica impuesta por la derecha nacional e internacional, durante los \u00faltimos 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

La OIT es una agencia de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas (ONU), que re\u00fane a gobiernos, empleadores y trabajadores de\u00a0187 Estados miembros\u00a0\u00a0a fin de establecer las normas del trabajo, formular pol\u00edticas y elaborar programas promoviendo el trabajo decente de todos, mujeres y hombres.<\/p>\n
