{"id":11443,"date":"2017-05-11T14:41:49","date_gmt":"2017-05-11T18:41:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=11443"},"modified":"2017-05-11T14:41:49","modified_gmt":"2017-05-11T18:41:49","slug":"hermann-escarra-el-dialogo-se-agoto-vamos-a-la-constituyente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2017\/05\/11\/hermann-escarra-el-dialogo-se-agoto-vamos-a-la-constituyente\/","title":{"rendered":"Hermann Escarr\u00e1: El di\u00e1logo se agot\u00f3, vamos a la Constituyente"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">M\u00e1s de<strong> 200 abogados de todo el pa\u00eds aclaran dudas<\/strong>, inquietudes y planteamientos sobre la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, as\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 el abogado constitucionalista Hermann Escarr\u00e1.<\/header>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-10 col-md-10 col-sm-10\">\n<div class=\"entry-content herald-entry-content\">\n<p>Durante el Encuentro de Abogados Bolivarianos sobre el proceso Constituyente, sus desaf\u00edos y sus nuevos paradigmas de participaci\u00f3n, desarrollado en el Sal\u00f3n R\u00edo Caron\u00ed, Hotel Gran Melia Caracas, Escarr\u00e1 expres\u00f3: <strong>\u201cEstamos en un momento constituyente, el di\u00e1logo se agot\u00f3 en la forma en que ven\u00eda planteado y hay que llevarlo a una escala superior que es la constituyente; que sea el pueblo quien designe los interlocutores\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el profesor universitario reconoci\u00f3 que en el seno de la oposici\u00f3n <strong>\u201chay grandes constituyentistas y esperemos que participen a pesar de su negativa\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Acot\u00f3 que todas las ideas que surjan en el proceso Consituyente ser\u00e1n respetadas y tomadas en cuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que en la\u00a0 propuesta Constituyente hecha por el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro hay nueve l\u00edneas tem\u00e1ticas que podr\u00eda la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente modificar si lo considera. <strong>\u201cElla es aut\u00f3noma, constitucional y, aparte de eso, el mismo poder Electoral puede ajustarla\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que la primera se basa en la b\u00fasqueda y garant\u00eda de paz; en segundo lugar crear un sistema de econom\u00eda mixta; en tercer lugar incorporar las Misiones y Grandes Misiones al proceso Constituyente y, por \u00faltimo, ampliar el sistema de competencias del Poder Judicial a la Constituyente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Constituyente militar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El abogado constitucionalista Herm\u00e1nn Escarra se pronunci\u00f3 en torno a la constituyente militar y destac\u00f3 que es un paso importante para consolidar la uni\u00f3n c\u00edvico-militar en Venezuela.<strong> \u201cTendr\u00e1 nuevos conceptos de seguridad integral y defensa en la doctrina del estado venezolano en esa materia\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atacan a su familia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hermann Escarr\u00e1 denunci\u00f3 que la noche de este mi\u00e9rcoles fue agredida en Caracas su esposa e hija por unos 10 hombres. \u201cLa situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s o menos se control\u00f3 porque estaba el novio de mi hija menor\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Escarr\u00e1 advirti\u00f3 que \u201cesa no es la forma de entender la democracia; sin embargo, hay un sector fascista, porque uno lo observa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00daltimas Noticias<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s de 200 abogados de todo el pa\u00eds aclaran dudas, inquietudes y planteamientos sobre la Asamblea &hellip; <a title=\"Hermann Escarr\u00e1: El di\u00e1logo se agot\u00f3, vamos a la Constituyente\" class=\"hm-read-more\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2017\/05\/11\/hermann-escarra-el-dialogo-se-agoto-vamos-a-la-constituyente\/\"><span class=\"screen-reader-text\">Hermann Escarr\u00e1: El di\u00e1logo se agot\u00f3, vamos a la Constituyente<\/span>Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":11444,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[82,163],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
