En el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n de una mesa t\u00e9cnica con representantes del INCES, del MPPPST y sus entes adscritos, referente a la incorporaci\u00f3n de aprendices mediante el plan Chamba Juvenil. La finalidad consiste en que estos j\u00f3venes se formen en diferentes \u00e1reas de entidades de trabajo, tal como lo establece la ley del INCES en su art\u00edculo 32.<\/p>\n

Este encuentro fue presidido por el Ministro para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, N\u00e9stor Valent\u00edn Ovalles. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes Richard Arraiz, Secretario General del INCES y Zonia Gil, \u00a0del MPPPST.<\/p>\n

Arraiz inform\u00f3 que gracias al Movimiento Somos Venezuela<\/em>, han podido incorporar a 33 mil j\u00f3venes aprendices INCES y que faltar\u00edan aproximadamente unos 10 mil para poder alcanzar la meta.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Ministro Ovalles expres\u00f3: \u201cnuestra gesti\u00f3n tiene que ser de abrazo profundo y de encuentro con el pueblo, el Ministerio del Trabajo junto a sus entes adscritos tiene como responsabilidad asumir nuestros aprendices INCES en el marco del Plan Chamba Juvenil porque hoy nuestra juventud reclama atenci\u00f3n sobre empleo\u201d<\/p>\n

Para concluir dijo: \u201cDebemos que tener una pol\u00edtica para los j\u00f3venes, con la visi\u00f3n estructural que requieren\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Ovalles.<\/p>\n
