{"id":12554,"date":"2017-08-25T09:30:57","date_gmt":"2017-08-25T13:30:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=12554"},"modified":"2017-08-25T09:30:57","modified_gmt":"2017-08-25T13:30:57","slug":"anc-aprueba-realizacion-de-referendo-aprobatorio-de-nueva-constitucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2017\/08\/25\/anc-aprueba-realizacion-de-referendo-aprobatorio-de-nueva-constitucion\/","title":{"rendered":"ANC aprueba realizaci\u00f3n de referendo aprobatorio de nueva Constituci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AVN.- La\u00a0<strong>Asamblea Nacional Constituyente\u00a0<\/strong>(ANC) dio el visto bueno por unanimidad la realizaci\u00f3n de un\u00a0<strong>refer\u00e9ndum<\/strong>\u00a0para aprobar de nueva\u00a0<strong>Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>La medida est\u00e1 establecida en el art\u00edculo 10 del Estatuto de Funcionamiento de la ANC, aprobado por la instancia este jueves en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs muy importante este art\u00edculo: Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 se\u00f1alado el refer\u00e9ndum aprobatorio al cual se someter\u00e1 nuestra nueva Constituci\u00f3n, renovadora de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n pionera y madre. Una clara se\u00f1al para el pueblo de Venezuela\u00bb, expres\u00f3 la presidenta del Poder Originario, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, en la plenaria efectuada en el Palacio Federal Legislativo, de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0estatutos\u00a0contemplan la conformaci\u00f3n de\u00a021 comisiones, 10 de las cuales se centrar\u00e1n en el mismo n\u00famero de temas propuestos por el mandatario nacional, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa, compuesta por 85 art\u00edculos, se basa en el Estatuto de Funcionamiento de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente de 1999, \u00abel cual ha sido adecuado a la realidad\u00bb al incluir \u00abuna serie de comisiones que van en sinton\u00eda con las aspiraciones del poder constituyente originario\u00bb, dijo el primer vicepresidente de la ANC, Elvis Amoroso.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVamos a tener las comisiones de trabajo para que ni un solo constituyente se quede sin participar y expresen su pensamiento, exista un debate de ideas de altura para Venezuela, al servicio del pueblo. No descansaremos ni un minuto\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3, por su parte, Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que desde la pr\u00f3xima semana la Constituyente dispondr\u00e1 de mecanismos para interactuar con el pueblo y recibir sus ideas y propuestas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, agreg\u00f3 que los constituyentes tendr\u00e1n un l\u00edmite de tiempo y usar\u00e1n una plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica para solicitar el derecho a la palabra y expresar su derecho al voto.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 6, la Junta Directiva de la ANC, por razones de Estado, podr\u00e1 designar constituyentes para ocupar cargos en los \u00f3rganos que ejercen el Poder P\u00fablico, y la designaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 sometida a consideraci\u00f3n de la plenaria y deber\u00e1 ser aprobada por la mayor\u00eda absoluta de esta instancia plenipotenciaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redacci\u00f3n de la nueva Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abA partir de la semana que viene los constituyentes estaremos redactando los cap\u00edtulos de la nueva Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica para los objetivos program\u00e1ticos a los cu\u00e1les fuimos convocados\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>El organismo sesionar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo martes a las 3:00 de la tarde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>545 constituyentes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Asamblea Nacional Constituyente jurament\u00f3 este jueves al diputado por el sector empresarial\u00a0Cruz Humberto Garc\u00eda, luego de la repetici\u00f3n de los comicios en los estados T\u00e1chira y M\u00e9rida.
