{"id":12628,"date":"2017-08-31T09:16:18","date_gmt":"2017-08-31T13:16:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=12628"},"modified":"2017-08-31T09:16:18","modified_gmt":"2017-08-31T13:16:18","slug":"delcy-rodriguez-los-jovenes-son-la-inspiracion-del-poder-constituyente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2017\/08\/31\/delcy-rodriguez-los-jovenes-son-la-inspiracion-del-poder-constituyente\/","title":{"rendered":"Delcy Rodr\u00edguez: Los j\u00f3venes son la inspiraci\u00f3n del Poder Constituyente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AVN.- La juventud venezolana es uno de los motores fundamentales para la inspiraci\u00f3n y activaci\u00f3n del Poder Originario, indic\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la presidenta de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC), Delcy Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>En la instalaci\u00f3n del cap\u00edtulo Juventud de la ANC, en Caracas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n del \u00f3rgano plenipotenciario se efect\u00faa en momentos de m\u00e1xima amenaza para el pa\u00eds, con el fin de preservar la Rep\u00fablica para las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abVenezuela vive un momento de grandes amenazas imperiales, y cuando el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro activ\u00f3 el proceso constituyente pens\u00f3 en la paz, en la independencia y soberan\u00eda nacional, y lo hizo para garantizar el futuro de la juventud\u00bb, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez ratific\u00f3 que la nueva Constituci\u00f3n que surja de la Constituyente tendr\u00e1 un cap\u00edtulo para la juventud en el que se blindar\u00e1n sus derechos en las \u00e1reas de vivienda, salud, educaci\u00f3n, empleo, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, se refiri\u00f3 a la importaci\u00f3n de sanear el odio en la sociedad, inculcado por sectores opositores, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Verdad y la Ley contra el Odio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo podemos entregar a los ni\u00f1os para que se lo lleven a la muerte, tenemos que con amor traerlos, sacarlos de la violencia, darles posibilidades tambi\u00e9n de futuro, porque ellos (la oposici\u00f3n) est\u00e1n ejecutando un plan para justificar la intervenci\u00f3n en Venezuela\u00bb, aleg\u00f3 la tambi\u00e9n excanciller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Debate desde el s\u00e1bado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante todo el mes de septiembre, la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, Cap\u00edtulo Juventud, fomentar\u00e1 un debate nacional para recopilar las propuestas que se incluir\u00e1n en la nueva Constituci\u00f3n, relacionadas con los derechos de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Las discusiones comenzar\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado y se desarrollar\u00e1n en todas las parroquias y municipios, as\u00ed como en las universidades y comunidades del pa\u00eds, inform\u00f3 el ministro para la Juventud y Deportes, Pedro Infante.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el 1 de octubre -cuando se cumplen a\u00f1os de la muerte del dirigente socialista Robert Serra- se le entregar\u00e1n las sugerencias recopiladas al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comisi\u00f3n de la Verdad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.avn.info.ve\/node\/410006\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Comisi\u00f3n de la Verdad<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0estar\u00e1 trabajando pol\u00edticas dirigidas directamente a la juventud, y el segundo gran instrumento es la Ley contra el Odio, que est\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n del pueblo de Venezuela para ir a sanar las heridas de la violencia\u00bb, asever\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez-<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez ratific\u00f3 la juventud \u00abes el motor transformador de la sociedad, y por eso es pertinente y correcto cuando el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro dijo: vamos a escribir un cap\u00edtulo de garant\u00eda a la juventud, para la garant\u00eda de la educaci\u00f3n, empleo, vivienda, felicidad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que el 33% los miembros de la ANC son menores de 35 a\u00f1os. \u00abEso significa la Constituyente: la paz, la soberan\u00eda y las garant\u00edas de futuro para la juventud, en todos los sentidos\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que un sector de la juventud \u00abfue v\u00edctima de un plan macabro y perverso dise\u00f1ado con el sello imperial\u00bb para provocar actos violentos entre abril y julio de este a\u00f1o, y justificar una intervenci\u00f3n militar contra nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo podemos dejar que esos j\u00f3venes se pierdan en la violencia. Tomaron a los j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os de nuestros barrios porque a ellos no les importa que mueran en la violencia, porque no son sus hijos, sino que son los hijos pobres del pueblo de Venezuela. Tenemos que, con amor, sacarlos de la violencia y darles posibilidades de futuro\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez exhort\u00f3 a los constituyentes del sector juventud a que atiendan a los j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad para incorporarlos a los planes de la Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUstedes son \u00e1ngeles de paz y de amor para vencer el pecado de la violencia\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el constituyente\u00a0<strong>Diosdado Cabello<\/strong>\u00a0llam\u00f3 a sus j\u00f3venes colegas a trabajar en unidad, sin albergar odio, en la refundaci\u00f3n de las bases pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f3micas y sociales de la Rep\u00fablica.
