En el caso de Canad\u00e1, la semana pasada se public\u00f3 una lista de funcionarios sancionados, al igual que hizo su pa\u00eds vecino.<\/p>\n<p>Escarr\u00e1 se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se deben tomar acciones contra opositores que han solicitado o propiciado invasi\u00f3n militar y medidas econ\u00f3micas. Considera que han incurrido en delitos de traici\u00f3n a la patria, y afectan el acceso de los venezolanos a alimentos y medicinas.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la posibilidad de que Venezuela decidiera salir de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas (ONU), Escarr\u00e1 considera que seria inconveniente, pues tal escenario permite que el pa\u00eds se mantenga\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">e la<\/span>palestra internacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo olvidemos que el Presidente (Nicolas Maduro) es el representante de los no alineados, que son como 88 pa\u00edses. Participamos en organismos especializados de la ONU, y estamos en el\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">Consejo<\/span>\u00a0de Seguridad, donde est\u00e1 el embajador Rafael Ram\u00edrez\u201d, resalt\u00f3, quien concluy\u00f3 que \u201cser\u00eda un g&lt;rav\u00edsimo error\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en relaci\u00f3n a lo ocurrido en la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA), es diferente. \u201cPorque viene delegitim\u00e1ndose. Tenemos al se\u00f1or (Luis)\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">Almagro<\/span>\u00a0que ha\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">dado<\/span>\u00a0demostraci\u00f3n de su ignorancia y su car\u00e1cter de tarifado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que el actual secretario de la ONU, Antonio Guterres, se ha manifestado en favor de la negociaci\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo, de la democracia, \u201cque\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD9\" class=\"IL_AD\">es en<\/span>\u00a0lo que ha insistido el presidente
