{"id":12892,"date":"2017-10-03T15:19:20","date_gmt":"2017-10-03T19:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=12892"},"modified":"2017-10-03T15:19:20","modified_gmt":"2017-10-03T19:19:20","slug":"wuikelman-angel-inces-es-la-herramienta-fundamental-de-formacion-para-el-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2017\/10\/03\/wuikelman-angel-inces-es-la-herramienta-fundamental-de-formacion-para-el-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"Wuikelman \u00c1ngel: INCES es la herramienta fundamental de formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marbelys\u00a0 Mav\u00e1rez Laguna<\/p>\n<p>(03 de octubre de 2017) De acuerdo con Wuikelman \u00c1ngel, presidente del\u00a0 <em>Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (<\/em>INCES), esta Instituci\u00f3n es la herramienta fundamental de formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo. \u00a0Tal aseveraci\u00f3n la realiz\u00f3 en el marco de la novena edici\u00f3n del Programa <em>El Mundo del Trabajo<\/em>, en el cual particip\u00f3 en calidad de invitado para conversar sobre los retos del empleo juvenil en el mundo, en Am\u00e9rica Latina y en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa juventud tiene demandas. En la actualidad existen fen\u00f3menos como la informalidad, la discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero\u201d, acot\u00f3 al tiempo que se\u00f1alaba la necesidad de superar el rentismo para la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo.
