{"id":14227,"date":"2018-03-20T17:04:10","date_gmt":"2018-03-20T21:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=14227"},"modified":"2018-03-20T17:10:29","modified_gmt":"2018-03-20T21:10:29","slug":"las-transnacionales-estan-inmersas-en-crimenes-contra-la-humanidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2018\/03\/20\/las-transnacionales-estan-inmersas-en-crimenes-contra-la-humanidad\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cLas transnacionales est\u00e1n inmersas en cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marbelys Mav\u00e1rez Laguna<\/p>\n<p>(Caracas, 20 de marzo de 2018).- En ocasi\u00f3n de haberse celebrado 10 a\u00f1os de la hist\u00f3rica victoria del Estado venezolano sobre la transnacional Exxon Mobil, un 18 de marzo del a\u00f1o 2008, el ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, N\u00e9stor Ovalles, en el marco del Programa El Mundo del Trabajo Nro. 26, tuvo como invitado a David Paravisini, ingeniero, constituyente, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente.<\/p>\n<p>Vale recordar que la Exxon Mobil inici\u00f3 un arbitraje contra Venezuela ante el Centro Internacional de Arreglos de Disputas Relativas a Inversiones (Ciadi), organismo dependiente del Banco Mundial. Propio de una acci\u00f3n temeraria e infundada, abri\u00f3 de manera paralela tres juicios en cortes diferentes. La primera en EEUU. Las otras dos acciones se intentaron en cortes de Holanda e Inglaterra. Esta \u00faltima emiti\u00f3 una orden de congelamiento temporal de los activos de Pdvsa por 12 mil millones de d\u00f3lares. El juez que se pronunci\u00f3 sobre este caso fue Paul Walker de la Alta Corte de Justicia londinense, quien admiti\u00f3 no tener jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el ministro N\u00e9stor Ovalles destac\u00f3 que tal acci\u00f3n conspiradora ha estado presente en los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Y que transnacionales como la Chevron, Monsanto, Halliburgton, Exxon Mobil, entre otras, \u201cest\u00e1n inmersas en cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad\u201d. A esto Paravisini respondi\u00f3 que \u201cel patr\u00f3n que las mueve es la ganancia exacerbada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El mito de las inversiones <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con David Paravisini, existe un mito en torno al tema de las inversiones. En tal sentido, explic\u00f3 que existen te\u00f3ricos del Banco Mundial, como es el caso de Joseph Stiglitz, quienes han denunciado el mito de las inversiones en tanto han promovido las mayores inequidades en pa\u00edses llamados del Tercer Mundo. \u201cLas empresas transnacionales buscan materias primas y mano de obra esclava\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Paravisini record\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la guerra econ\u00f3mica es una guerra que no es nueva, pues este tipo de conflagraciones se activaron desde el primer mandato del Presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas.
