{"id":14400,"date":"2018-04-12T10:13:19","date_gmt":"2018-04-12T14:13:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=14400"},"modified":"2018-04-12T10:13:19","modified_gmt":"2018-04-12T14:13:19","slug":"a-todas-las-organizaciones-sindicales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2018\/04\/12\/a-todas-las-organizaciones-sindicales\/","title":{"rendered":"A TODAS LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CIRCULAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracas, 06 de abril de 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A TODAS LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PR\u00d3RROGA PARA LA PRESENTACI\u00d2N DEL INFORME\u00a0 DE ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N (FINANZAS 2017) Y ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N DE N\u00d3MINAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se ha extendido el lapso para dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones establecidas en los numerales 2 y 3 del art\u00edculo 388 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras que establece:<\/p>\n<p>Las organizaciones sindicales est\u00e1n obligadas a:<\/p>\n<p>2.- Remitir, dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada a\u00f1o, al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, informe detallado de su administraci\u00f3n de acuerdo a lo establecido en esta Ley debidamente aprobada en asamblea general.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Remitir dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada a\u00f1o, al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, la n\u00f3mina completa de sus afiliados y afiliadas, con las indicaciones se\u00f1aladas en la secci\u00f3n precedente.<\/p>\n<p>En este orden, el lapso se extiende desde el lunes 09 de abril hasta el viernes 13 de abril de 2018, ambos inclusive, para \u00a0que remitan al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, en las sedes correspondientes, el informe detallado de su\u00a0 administraci\u00f3n (Finanzas 2017) y la actualizaci\u00f3n de la n\u00f3mina completa de sus afiliados y afiliadas, con las indicaciones se\u00f1aladas en el formato establecido en la p\u00e1gina <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\">www.mpppst.gob.ve<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sin otro particular a que hacer referencia.
