{"id":14452,"date":"2018-04-30T14:05:08","date_gmt":"2018-04-30T18:05:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=14452"},"modified":"2018-04-30T14:19:25","modified_gmt":"2018-04-30T18:19:25","slug":"lottt-la-riqueza-es-un-producto-social-generado-por-los-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2018\/04\/30\/lottt-la-riqueza-es-un-producto-social-generado-por-los-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Lottt: La riqueza es un producto social generado por los trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Marbelys Mav\u00e1rez Laguna <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(Caracas, 30 de abril de 2018).- De cara a un nuevo cumplea\u00f1os de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras, el d\u00eda de hoy hablaremos de la justa distribuci\u00f3n de la riqueza, planteada en este instrumento legal que el 30 de abril cumple seis a\u00f1os. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En su t\u00edtulo III, la Lottt incorpora la noci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la cual la riqueza es un producto social generado principalmente por los trabajadores y las trabajadoras y por tanto se establece que su justa distribuci\u00f3n debe garantizarle una vida digna junto a su familia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Por su parte, el art\u00edculo 96 se refiere a la riqueza como producto social, generado principalmente por los trabajadores y trabajadoras en el proceso social de trabajo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Y no menos importante el art\u00edculo 97, que refiere la protecci\u00f3n de la familia y el ingreso. Para la protecci\u00f3n del ingreso familiar, el Estado en corresponsabilidad con la sociedad y las organizaciones del poder popular garantizar\u00e1 la salud y la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablicas y gratuitas, tomar\u00e1 las medidas necesarias y formular\u00e1 las pol\u00edticas tendientes a mejorar las condiciones de las familias y a fortalecer su ingreso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Vale destacar que la Lottt surgi\u00f3 como consecuencia de las importantes contradicciones surgidas con la instauraci\u00f3n del modelo neoliberal, que en Venezuela vivi\u00f3 su momento de mayor intensidad a partir del a\u00f1o 1989 y que se extendi\u00f3 en la d\u00e9cada de los a\u00f1os 90.
