Este mi\u00e9rcoles 16 de enero de 2019, gracias a un convenio entre el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo (Mpppst) y la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, se inici\u00f3 el diplomado en \u201cDerecho del Proceso Social de Trabajo\u201d con el objetivo de generar en los participantes l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas consideradas cr\u00edticas y de aspectos cotidianos que afecten directamente la vida del trabajador.<\/p>\n

Desde el sal\u00f3n de usos m\u00faltiples del Mpppst, el representante de la cartera salarial, Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la capacitaci\u00f3n destacando que permite un mejor desempe\u00f1o de los funcionarios y funcionarias.<\/p>\n

\u201cQuiero felicitarlos por este camino que estamos emprendiendo, es fundamental este tema -el derecho de los trabajadores- \u00a0desde la perspectiva que est\u00e1 planteada, un derecho humano elemental, derecho al trabajo, de la vida\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el ministro Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate.<\/p>\n

De igual modo continu\u00f3 \u201ces necesario en todo momento: el esfuerzo, la labor, la incorporaci\u00f3n y el protagonismo de los trabajadores y trabajadoras y para eso es primordial el conocimiento y que instituciones como la nuestra tengamos clara la orientaci\u00f3n (\u2026) el aprendizaje no se trata solamente de reproducir el conocimiento ya existente, sino que a partir de lo existente nosotros a trav\u00e9s de los procesos \u00a0reflexi\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n podamos producir cosas distintas\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo invit\u00f3 a los asistentes \u201cvaloremos el conocimiento y lo que de ese conocimiento se desprende en t\u00e9rminos de acci\u00f3n transformadora (\u2026) cuenten con todo el apoyo de parte nuestra para estas y otras acciones que debamos acometer en el futuro para mejorar la calidad, la lucha en contra el burocratismo y lo mal hecho\u201d.<\/p>\n

En otro sentido, la jornada tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la presencia de Ivone Mart\u00edn G\u00f3mez director de Investigaci\u00f3n y Postgrado del Ministerio P\u00fablico, Yaneth Mart\u00ednez\u00a0planificadora acad\u00e9mica de la Escuela Nacional de Fiscales del Ministerio P\u00fablico e Ileana Ru\u00edz presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n y directora de Escuela Nacional de Fiscales del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

En representaci\u00f3n del Mpppst, Yohana Santeliz \u00a0viceministra\u00a0 para Derechos y Relaciones Laborales, Karina Tejedor directora general del Despacho y Gladys Su\u00e1rez directora general de Gesti\u00f3n Humana,\u00a0 tambi\u00e9n participaron en la instalaci\u00f3n del diplomado.<\/p>\n

El diplomado dirigido a funcionarios y funcionarias del Ministerio P\u00fablico y del Sistema Judicial, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos, abogados, abogadas, fiscales y p\u00fablico en general, deber\u00e1 ser presencial y con car\u00e1cter te\u00f3rico mediante una din\u00e1mica de debate permanente, dial\u00f3gico, participativo y respetuoso a las ideas.<\/p>\n

Las trabajadoras y trabajadores del Mpppst, deber\u00e1n asistir al proceso de formaci\u00f3n los d\u00edas mi\u00e9rcoles y jueves en el horario comprendido de 4:00pm a 7.15pm, con una duraci\u00f3n de 120 horas acad\u00e9micas en donde estar\u00e1n destinadas 88 horas presenciales y 32 horas de producci\u00f3n intelectual.<\/p>\n

Los participantes finalizar\u00e1n el diplomado el d\u00eda 28 de marzo de 2019 y estar\u00e1 dividido en:<\/p>\n

Modulo I: Antecedentes del Derecho del Trabajo en Venezuela.<\/p>\n

Modulo II: Base Constitucional del Derecho del Trabajo.<\/p>\n

Modulo III: Del Derecho del Trabajo al Proceso Social de Trabajo.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo IV: Efectos del Contrato de Trabajo.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo V: El salario.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo VI: Nuevas formas de organizaci\u00f3n de la clase trabajadora como instrumento del ejercicio del Poder Popular.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo VII: Derecho Colectivo.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo VIII: Formaci\u00f3n Integral continua y permanente.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo IX: Justicia Laboral en sede administrativa.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo XI: Derecho Penal Laboral \u2013 Desacato-.<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo XII: Obligaciones del empleador en atenci\u00f3n a las normativas que rigen la Seguridad y Salud Laboral (Lopcymat).<\/p>\n

M\u00f3dulo XIII: Otras formas de Trabajo<\/p>\n
