Caracas, Veinticinco (25) de Marzo de 2019.<\/p>\n

A TODAS LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Tengo a bien dirigirme a ustedes, en esta oportunidad a fin de expresarles un saludo Patri\u00f3tico, Revolucionario y profundamente Chavista, y a su vez informarles que en relaci\u00f3n a las obligaciones para el cumplimiento de las formalidades correspondientes al informe detallado de su administraci\u00f3n relacionado al periodo \u00a02018 y Actualizaci\u00f3n de N\u00f3mina de Afiliados y Afiliadas por ante la Direcci\u00f3n de Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, establecidas en nuestra Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras, espec\u00edficamente en sus numerales\u00a0 2 y 3 del art\u00edculo 388, el cual se\u00f1ala:<\/p>\n

Las organizaciones sindicales est\u00e1n obligadas a:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Comunicar al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales dentro de los treinta d\u00edas siguientes, las modificaciones introducidas en los estatutos y acompa\u00f1ar copias aut\u00e9nticas de los documentos correspondientes.<\/li>\n
  2. Remitir, dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada a\u00f1o, al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, informe detallado de su administraci\u00f3n de acuerdo a lo establecido en esta Ley debidamente aprobada en Asamblea General.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Remitir dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada a\u00f1o, al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, la n\u00f3mina completa de sus afiliados y afiliadas, con las indicaciones se\u00f1aladas en la secci\u00f3n precedente.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Comunicar al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, el acta de totalizaci\u00f3n, adjudicaci\u00f3n y proclamaci\u00f3n de la Junta Directiva emanada de la Comisi\u00f3n Electoral de la organizaci\u00f3n sindical as\u00ed como los cambios que se realicen en la composici\u00f3n de la junta directiva, dentro de los treinta d\u00edas siguientes a la emisi\u00f3n de la misma.<\/li>\n
  5. Comunicar al Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Sindicales, la decisi\u00f3n de disolver y liquidar la organizaci\u00f3n sindical de acuerdo a lo establecido en los estatutos y acompa\u00f1ar copias aut\u00e9nticas de los documentos correspondientes; dentro de los treinta d\u00edas siguientes a la decisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  6. Suministrar a los funcionarios y a las funcionarias competentes del trabajo las informaciones que les soliciten en lo pertinente a sus obligaciones legales.\u00a0Cumplir las dem\u00e1s obligaciones que les impongan la Constituci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s leyes de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Esta Instancia Administrativa, con el objeto de garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones sindicales ut supra<\/em> citada, procede mediante esta Circular a: Extender el lapso previsto en la normativa legal sustantiva por treinta (30) d\u00edas continuos,<\/em><\/strong> los cuales empezaran a computarse a partir del Primero (1) de abril hasta el treinta (30) de abril del a\u00f1o 2019, ambas fechas inclusive<\/em><\/strong> y para tales efectos se deber\u00e1n tomar las pautas establecidas en la p\u00e1gina www.mpppst.gob.ve<\/a>.<\/p>\n
