Caracas 2 de mayo del 2019.- Desde el Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Recreaci\u00f3n de los Trabajadores (INCRET), se realiz\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de la 2da fase del Congreso Constituyente de la Clase Obrera.<\/p>\n

Con el prop\u00f3sito de evaluar los avances obtenidos desde\u00a0 el pasado 11 de octubre del a\u00f1o 2018, donde\u00a0 la clase obrera\u00a0 entreg\u00f3 al Presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro \u00a0propuestas para el avance productivo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que durante la primera fase del Congreso Constituyente fueron aprobadas por el mandatario nacional, Micro Misiones y el Modelo Empresarial Socialista.<\/p>\n

Oswaldo Vera presidente del INCRET indic\u00f3, \u201cla clase obrera busca romper con el modelo econ\u00f3mico rentista para transformar el sistema productivo del pa\u00eds y establecer\u00a0 el nuevo modelo econ\u00f3mico socialista como lo ha indicado el primer mandatario nacional\u201d.<\/p>\n

Asimismo expres\u00f3, \u201ces momento de revisar, de proponer, de plantear las decisiones que se deber\u00edan tomar para fortalecer el Programa de Recuperaci\u00f3n Crecimiento y Prosperidad Econ\u00f3mica\u201d.<\/p>\n

A partir de hoy la clase obrera se\u00a0 despliega por todo el territorio nacional en cada sector, en cada empresa, en cada sitio de trabajo para debatir en materia econ\u00f3mica y en el establecimiento del nuevo modelo econ\u00f3mico socialista.<\/p>\n
