{"id":16189,"date":"2019-06-03T10:00:30","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T14:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=16189"},"modified":"2019-06-03T10:26:35","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T14:26:35","slug":"opinion-revolucion-bolivariana-y-seguridad-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2019\/06\/03\/opinion-revolucion-bolivariana-y-seguridad-social\/","title":{"rendered":"Opini\u00f3n: Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana y seguridad social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por: Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fue en el Discurso de Angostura hace 200 a\u00f1os (15 de febrero de 1819), donde el Libertador Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar expres\u00f3 que: \u201cEl gobierno m\u00e1s perfecto es aquel que produce mayor suma de felicidad social, mayor suma de seguridad social y mayor suma de estabilidad pol\u00edtica.\u201d El Comandante Supremo Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, que recogi\u00f3 el proyecto de Bol\u00edvar donde este lo dej\u00f3 luego de su derrota en 1830 y lo trajo a las condiciones de Venezuela, la regi\u00f3n y el mundo en el siglo XXI, desde muy temprano asumi\u00f3 la estrat\u00e9gica tarea de incluir a los millones de excluidos y explotados en 160 a\u00f1os de IV Rep\u00fablica olig\u00e1rquica, burguesa y proimperialista.<\/p>\n<p>Acabamos de culminar el 1er Congreso Nacional de Seguridad Social, promovido desde el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, a trav\u00e9s del Viceministerio de Previsi\u00f3n Social y la Tesorer\u00eda de la Seguridad Social. Este importante evento, realizado a prop\u00f3sito del Bicentenario del Discurso de Angostura, en tres d\u00edas de debate participaron 1.440 trabajadores de diversas instituciones estatales y de organizaciones de la clase obrera, se realizaron 49 conferencias entre ellas 4 ministros, 4 embajadores acreditados en el pa\u00eds y varios viceministros y presidentes de instituciones y 61 mesas de trabajo. De este intenso debate de tres d\u00edas salieron un c\u00famulo de conclusiones y propuestas que est\u00e1n contenidas en la memoria del Congreso y daremos a conocer muy pronto.<\/p>\n<p>Este 1er Congreso Nacional de Seguridad Social pas\u00f3 revista a los logros de 20 a\u00f1os de Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana en la materia y discuti\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n los desaf\u00edos de cara a los objetivos del Plan de la Patria 2019-2025 y a los ODS 2030, es decir, no se qued\u00f3 en la coyuntura y traz\u00f3 una l\u00ednea m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gica. Fundamental es el reconocimiento de los avances que hemos tenido en estos 20 a\u00f1os sustentados en una inversi\u00f3n social que ya ronda el 74% del presupuesto nacional y las acciones que viene dirigiendo el camarada presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro para preservar lo logrado en medio de la guerra total contra la Patria y avanzar.
