\u201c<strong>El Estado de Derecho en el Ciberespacio<\/strong>\u201d, el&nbsp;<strong>presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ)<\/strong>&nbsp;de la <strong>Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela,<\/strong>&nbsp;Maikel Moreno, se\u00f1al\u00f3 este jueves que las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n orientadas a expandir los horizontes, al mejorar la capacidad de interrelaci\u00f3n e interconexi\u00f3n mundial de las personas, aunque representan desaf\u00edos a las instituciones jur\u00eddicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 Moreno durante su intervenci\u00f3n en el&nbsp;<strong>Foro Mundial del Estado de Derecho en Internet<\/strong>, realizado en la <strong>Rep\u00fablica Popular China <\/strong>donde adem\u00e1s se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cesta geograf\u00eda virtual creada por computadoras y redes, si bien potencia la comunicaci\u00f3n e interconexi\u00f3n comercial, tambi\u00e9n ofrece un medio para que personas sin rostro ni escr\u00fapulos puedan ejercer libremente actividades il\u00edcitas en contra de particulares y de nuestros Estados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente del <strong>TSJ<\/strong>, apunt\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta oficial de Twitter Maikel Moreno,&nbsp;que para remontar tales desaf\u00edos hay que&nbsp;<strong>apoyar<\/strong>&nbsp;la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>Derecho<\/strong> com\u00fan y una jurisdicci\u00f3n global para asuntos de Internet, constituida por un sistema judicial abierto, imparcial y confiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> En la actividad, participaron autoridades y altos representantes judiciales de diferentes naciones, por su parte&nbsp;Maikel Moreno,
