solicit\u00f3 este martes a la\u00a0<strong>Asamblea Nacional Constituyente<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>ANC<\/strong>), la aprobaci\u00f3n de una serie de proyectos de ley y contemplando reformas a otras para impulsar una<strong>\u00a0revoluci\u00f3n fiscal<\/strong>\u00a0en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abHemos concretado un conjunto de leyes para presentar ante la\u00a0<strong>Asamblea Nacional Constituyente<\/strong>, las leyes necesarias para impulsar una profunda revoluci\u00f3n fiscal que de manera efectiva, permita conceder recursos provenientes del\u00a0<strong>flujo natural de la econom\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0e invertirlos en el robusto sistema econ\u00f3mico y social de<strong>\u00a0Venezuela<\/strong>\u00a0para proteger a los distintos actores de la econom\u00eda\u00bb, explic\u00f3 durante su <strong>Memoria y Cuenta<\/strong>, presentada desde la<strong>\u00a0sede del \u00f3rgano plenipotenciario, en Caracas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En transmisi\u00f3n conjunta de <strong>radio <\/strong>y <strong>televisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Mandatario Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0present\u00f3 el conjunto de normas y reformas que la\u00a0<strong>ANC<\/strong>\u00a0considerar\u00e1, teniendo como premisa la garant\u00eda de los <strong>derechos <\/strong>sociales en aspectos aduaneros y crediticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partiendo de las nuevas recaudaciones de impuestos, el\u00a0<strong>Ejecutivo Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0plantea crear un <strong>Fondo Especial<\/strong> para la protecci\u00f3n de la salud p\u00fablica de <strong>Venezuela<\/strong>, que permitir\u00e1 destinar recursos extraordinarios para el cuidado, mejora y mantenimiento de la\u00a0<strong>infraestructura hospitalaria nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cuerpo de leyes al cu\u00e1l el\u00a0<strong>jefe de Estado<\/strong>\u00a0pidi\u00f3, dar \u00aburgencia legislativa\u00bb, incluye una reforma al <strong>C\u00f3digo Tributario<\/strong>, para optimizar las normas tributarias incluyendo las exoneraciones impositivas sobre todos los productos importados no esenciales y fortalecer el control tributario y las sanciones por incumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, solicit\u00f3 una reforma a la<strong>&nbsp;Ley de Aduanas<\/strong>, para centralizar en un&nbsp;<strong>comit\u00e9 interministerial<\/strong>&nbsp;la gesti\u00f3n \u00e1gil de la pol\u00edtica arancelaria y paraarancelaria, que en el marco de respeto a los acuerdos internacionales impulsar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, pidi\u00f3 un nuevo decreto ejecutivo que reforme el<strong>&nbsp;Arancel de Aduana<\/strong>&nbsp;y facilite la importaci\u00f3n venezolana por m\u00e1s de dos mil c\u00f3digos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las propuestas, solicit\u00f3 una nueva ley para ordenar la&nbsp;<strong>Cartera Crediticia Nacional<\/strong>&nbsp;para dar oportunidades reales de cr\u00e9ditos a los empresarios nacionales comprometidos, unificando a todas las carteras existentes en una, teniendo como eje la producci\u00f3n de alimentos para la construcci\u00f3n de la soberan\u00eda y seguridad alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se propone crear la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Cartera Productiva \u00danica Nacional<\/strong>&nbsp;para art\u00edcular y organizar los esfuerzos en materia de financiamiento preferencial para el sector productivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSolicito el apoyo de esta magna\u00a0<strong>Asamblea Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0para la aprobaci\u00f3n de estos proyectos de ley en el menor tiempo posible\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Maduro, al entregar el compendio de proyectos al presidente de la <strong>ANC<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Diosdado
