Proceso Social del Trabajo 16.01.2020.-)<\/strong> Desde las instalaciones del Teatro del Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Recreaci\u00f3n de los Trabajadores (INCRET), el Ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate, instal\u00f3 la 2da Fase del Plan de Renovaci\u00f3n, Rectificaci\u00f3n y Cambio del Ministerio, con la finalidad de presentar el resultado de las mesas de trabajo de la 1era Fase de este plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la plenaria se dieron a conocer las propuestas de la las cuales fueron planteadas en  27 mesas de trabajo, cada una de ellas en tres sesiones, es importante resaltar que otras 48 mesas se desarrollaron en los estados por las direcciones regionales del ministerio, participando casi mil trabajadores y trabajadoras de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la cartera de trabajo, inform\u00f3 que el objetivo fundamental de este plan, tiene que ver con el proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n y la eficiencia  y su transformaci\u00f3n, como lo ha planteado el Presidente Constitucional Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, en convertir las instituciones y sobre todo el Ministerio del Trabajo en el organismo que defiende el derecho de los trabajadores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordemos que el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, dio cuatro grandes tareas al MinTrabajo, unas de ellas es el movimiento obrero, el cual ha ido creando un nuevo Modelo de Gesti\u00f3n Empresarial Socialista, la segunda es la organizaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadoras y Trabajadores (CPT), tercera tarea la de los derechos de los trabajadores salario, convenci\u00f3n colectiva y por \u00faltimo la defensa de las empresas por parte de la clase obrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el ministro Pi\u00f1ate explic\u00f3 las \u201c7 L\u00edneas Estrat\u00e9gicas de Acci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo del Plan de la Patria en el 2020\u201d, cuya l\u00ednea 7 de Transformaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n revolucionaria del estado, corresponde al Plan de Renovaci\u00f3n Rectificaci\u00f3n y Cambio de las instituciones p\u00fablicas con el objetivo de construir un ministerio que sirva a la construcci\u00f3n socialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado de todo este esfuerzo realizado para lograr la materializaci\u00f3n de estas tres fases del plan de renovaci\u00f3n, rectificaci\u00f3n y cambio ya estar\u00edamos en la capacidad de implementar todos los conocimientos acumulados para la transformaci\u00f3n de todos los procesos .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Prensa Min.
