Ese ha sido siempre el horizonte hist\u00f3rico de quienes\nabrazamos la causa del socialismo a comienzos en la d\u00e9cada del 70 del siglo\npasado en Venezuela, en nuestra Am\u00e9rica y en otras regiones del planeta. Por esos\nmismos objetivos pelearon y dieron su sangre y su vida generaciones enteras de revolucionarios\nantes de nosotros y la han seguido dando las de finales del siglo XX y del\nsiglo XXI. En ese prop\u00f3sito est\u00e1n contenidos Bol\u00edvar (la lucha por el nuevo\nequilibrio del universo) y Marx (\u00abel socialismo que promov\u00eda Marx apuntaba\na forjar desarrollos igualitarios y cooperativos entre todos los pueblos del\nmundo\u00bb -Claudio Katz: Teor\u00eda de la dependencia cincuenta a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s-),\nsintetizados por el Comandante Supremo Hugo Ch\u00e1vez en la lucha por construir un\nmundo multic\u00e9ntrico y pluripolar y otros revolucionarios como Fidel Castro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s de 400 delegados de organizaciones sociales y\npartidos pol\u00edticos de izquierda de 72 pa\u00edses se acaban de reunir en nuestra\nPatria en rebeli\u00f3n contra el imperialismo, para forjar la fuerza material y el\ncuerpo de ideas que unifique nuestras luchas en los cinco continentes del\nplaneta. El \u00abEncuentro Mundial contra el Imperialismo, por la Paz, la\nSoberan\u00eda y la Vida\u00bb, convocado en el marco del Foro de Sao Paulo y por el\nPSUV en nuestro pa\u00eds, represent\u00f3 un momento y un espacio de s\u00edntesis de los\ndistintos Congresos Internacionales que realizamos en Venezuela en el segundo\nsemestre del a\u00f1o pasado, a partir del XXV Encuentro del Foro de Sao Paulo de\njulio pasado; resumi\u00f3 las conclusiones de esos debates, pero tambi\u00e9n se\nconvierte en un punto de partida. Efectivamente, la plataforma com\u00fan de\ncar\u00e1cter planetaria que se aprob\u00f3 -con sus expresiones entre los trabajadores, las\nmujeres, los ind\u00edgenas y otros sectores- y el plan de acci\u00f3n para este a\u00f1o\n2020, que comienza este 27 de febrero con movilizaciones en todo el planeta en\nsolidaridad con Venezuela y la Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana, marca la ruta de la\nunidad y la emancipaci\u00f3n de los explotados, oprimidos y excluidos y de las naciones\nsometidas a la dominaci\u00f3n del imperialismo y el neoliberalismo. Un nuevo mundo no\nsolo es posible, sino necesario, y ese nuevo mundo es socialista.
