El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>, enalteci\u00f3 el grito rebelde del 4 de febrero de 1992, liderado por el teniente\u00a0coronel Hugo Ch\u00e1vez,<\/strong>\u00a0quien se\u00a0 rebel\u00f3 contra el gobierno neoliberal de la \u00e9poca, \u201cel primer grito rebelde que tuvo nuestra tierra fue aquel grito el 19 de abril de 1810, donde el pueblo Zambo y Mestizo le dijo al imperio espa\u00f1ol sal que no te queremos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Jefe de Estado a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cel 4 de febrero de 1992 fue otro grito que marc\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la historia, solo hab\u00edamos visto dos siglos de opresi\u00f3n a nuestro pueblo, de traiciones a Bol\u00edvar,<\/strong> Zamora y a Cipriano Castro.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el\u00a0Cuartel de la Monta\u00f1a<\/strong>, 23 de Enero, Caracas<\/strong>, durante el acto central de celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda de la Dignidad Nacional<\/strong> tras cumplirse 28 a\u00f1os de la rebeli\u00f3n c\u00edvico-militar<\/strong> que comand\u00f3 Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, el Mandatario Nacional se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cEl 4 de febrero irrumpi\u00f3 en la historia con el proyecto bolivariano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resalt\u00f3 que el 4 de febrero de 1992 \u201cirrumpi\u00f3 en la historia la dignidad originaria de los libertadores, irrumpi\u00f3 el proyecto original del Libertador Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar<\/strong> y de los gigantes de esta patria\u201d.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que el 4 de Febrero fue un grito de independencia nacional, soberan\u00eda, dignidad, rebeld\u00eda, de los humildes, de los explotados de siempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAqu\u00ed hubo dignidad, honor militar y nuevamente se plant\u00f3 la bandera de Bol\u00edvar<\/strong>, ya que marc\u00f3 la resurrecci\u00f3n del Libertador<\/strong>, de su imagen, de su proyecto, de su rostro, de su fuerza, de la simbolog\u00eda nacional, del escudo y del Himno Nacional\u201d asever\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, observ\u00f3 que el 4 de febrero parti\u00f3 la historia en dos y marc\u00f3 el inicio de una nueva patria, \u201cahora s\u00ed libre, independiente, soberana y democr\u00e1tica\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
