las instalaciones del <strong>Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo<\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 la <strong>Tribuna Antiimperialista<\/strong>, en el marco de la <strong>Conmemoraci\u00f3n de la Rebeli\u00f3n C\u00edvico-Militar del 4F<\/strong> liderada por el comandante <strong>Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, donde participaron los trabajadores del ministerio y sus entes adscritos  la ponencia estuvo a cargo del presidente del <strong>Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laboral (INPSASEL)<\/strong> el Dr. Geovanni Pe\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> El mes de <strong>Febrero <\/strong>est\u00e1 cargado de historia recordando aquel 4 de Febrero de <strong>1992 <\/strong>cuando el comandante eterno <strong>Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong> se alz\u00f3 contra el mandato neoliberal de  <strong>Carlos Andr\u00e9s P\u00e9rez<\/strong>  en un intento fallido de Golpe de <strong>Estado<\/strong>, plasmando un nuevo comienzo.<br> Durante su ponencia el Dr. Geovanni Pe\u00f1a expres\u00f3 \u201cEl <strong>4F Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong> y quienes lo acompa\u00f1aban marcaron el final de la cuarta rep\u00fablica, hicieron ver que exist\u00edan hombres y mujeres que no estaban de acuerdo con ese <strong>gobierno<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> Hoy la clase obrera hace menci\u00f3n de los papeles que <strong>Ch\u00e1vez <\/strong>jug\u00f3 en la lucha contra el imperialismo, las dificultades a las que se ha enfrentado diariamente el <strong>presidente Obrero Nicol\u00e1s Madur<\/strong>o ante los ataques permanentes del <strong>imperio norteamericano<\/strong>.<br> \u201cEs un a\u00f1o electoral y tenemos el compromiso de ganar la <strong>Asamblea Nacional<\/strong>, mantener el aparato productivo, garantizar la paz en toda y cada una de las instancias de la sociedad y seguir contribuyendo a la normalidad, a la convivencia en armon\u00eda del pueblo <strong>venezolano<\/strong>\u201d expres\u00f3 <strong>Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> Estos encuentros se realizan con el objetivo de brindar un espacio de libre expresi\u00f3n y debate a la clase trabajadora, con temas del acontecer nacional e internacional a fin de crear conciencia patri\u00f3tica, pol\u00edtica y
