{"id":18058,"date":"2020-02-12T16:39:55","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T20:39:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=18058"},"modified":"2020-03-30T15:28:16","modified_gmt":"2020-03-30T19:28:16","slug":"en-venezuela-la-libertad-sindical-es-un-derecho-garantizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2020\/02\/12\/en-venezuela-la-libertad-sindical-es-un-derecho-garantizado\/","title":{"rendered":"En Venezuela la libertad sindical es un derecho garantizado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>(Prensa Min.Proceso Social de Trabajo 12.02.2020.-<\/strong>) Muestra de ello son las recientes elecciones del&nbsp;<strong>Sindicato Bolivariano de los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras del Metro de Caracas&nbsp;<\/strong>(Sitrameca), que se celebraron el pasado lunes, donde la plancha revolucionaria \u201c<strong><em>Todos somos base 25<\/em><\/strong>\u201d obtuvo el <strong>69,8%<\/strong> de los votos, que se traducen en la elecci\u00f3n de 12 directivos de los 13 con voz y voto; los 5 vocales y 4 de los 5 miembros del Tribunal Disciplinario de la organizaci\u00f3n gremial que los agrupa, este hecho contrasta notablemente con lo afirmado por la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) en su informe publicado a finales del a\u00f1o 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el mencionado informe se se\u00f1al\u00f3; que\nen Venezuela existen\npr\u00e1cticas que atentan contra los derechos de trabajadores y empleadores, y se\npide <strong><em>\u201cel\ncese inmediato de todos los actos de violencia, amenazas, persecuci\u00f3n,\nestigmatizaci\u00f3n, intimidaci\u00f3n u otra forma de agresi\u00f3n a personas u\norganizaciones en relaci\u00f3n con el ejercicio de actividades gremiales o\nsindicales leg\u00edtimas, y la adopci\u00f3n de medidas para garantizar que tales actos\nno se repitan en el futuro\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\neste sentido el presidente reelecto del Sindicato\nSITRAMECA,&nbsp;<strong>Edison Alvarado expres\u00f3 <\/strong>\u201cAgradezco a todos mis hermanos\ny hermanas de la Clase Obrera del Metro de Caracas&nbsp; por ratificar su\nconfianza en la organizaci\u00f3n sindical \u201c<strong>Todos\nsomos base 25\u201d<\/strong>, No los defraudaremos. Nuestra Lucha ser\u00e1 por y con\nustedes!!! Por la Patria y la Revoluci\u00f3n \u00a1Unidos Venceremos!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nprocesos electorales en Venezuela son cada vez m\u00e1s y mejores, en distintos\nescenarios: elecciones de Consejos Comunales, Organizaciones Sindicales,\nConsejos Productivos de Trabajadores y Trabajadoras, Delegados y Delegadas de\nPrevenci\u00f3n y Organizaciones Populares de Base, adem\u00e1s de Asambleas de\nTrabajadores en la que se toman decisiones importantes en relaci\u00f3n a los\nprocesos productivos en m\u00faltiples entidades de trabajo, teniendo en cuenta la\nimplementaci\u00f3n del Nuevo Modelo de Gesti\u00f3n Empresarial Socialista que impulsa\nla coexistencia de las Organizaciones Sindicales&nbsp; y las Organizaciones Productivas todos estos\nprocesos comiciales se llevan a caboen absoluta normalidad sin violencia, sin amenazas,\npersecuci\u00f3n o intimidaci\u00f3n de ning\u00fan tipo,&nbsp;\ndebido al car\u00e1cter profundamente democr\u00e1tico de la Revoluci\u00f3n\nBolivariana conducida por el presidente Constitucional Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante resaltar que el inefable\ncomunicado de la OIT tambi\u00e9n exhorta a<strong><em>\u201cla liberaci\u00f3n inmediata de\ntodo empleador o sindicalista que pudiese permanecer en prisi\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con\nel ejercicio de las actividades leg\u00edtimas de sus organizaciones\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>En este\nsentido el Viceministro para el Sistema Integrado de Inspecci\u00f3n Laboral y de la\nSeguridad Social del MPPPST Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Rivero expres\u00f3 en su cuenta de la red\nSocial Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cafortunadamente es falso que haya dirigentes sindicales de Venalum\npresos.
