{"id":18168,"date":"2020-02-19T09:57:40","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T13:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=18168"},"modified":"2020-02-19T09:57:41","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T13:57:41","slug":"canciller-arreaza-cpi-debe-determinar-responsables-de-medidas-coercitivas-contra-venezuela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2020\/02\/19\/canciller-arreaza-cpi-debe-determinar-responsables-de-medidas-coercitivas-contra-venezuela\/","title":{"rendered":"Canciller Arreaza: CPI debe determinar responsables de medidas coercitivas contra Venezuela"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> La <strong>Corte Penal Internacional <\/strong>deber\u00e1 determinar las responsabilidades individuales de las medidas coercitivas que afectan el sector petr\u00f3leo e intercambio comercial de <strong>Venezuela<\/strong> con el resto del mundo, destac\u00f3 este martes el ministro del <strong>Poder Popular<\/strong> para <strong>Relaciones Exteriores<\/strong>, Jorge Arreaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe trata de determinar si es(Donald) Trump, Mike Pompeo, si es (John) Bolton el responsable, para enjuiciarlo y en dado caso ir a la c\u00e1rcel; la <strong>Corte Penal<\/strong> debe determinar los responsables, culpables de haber firmado \u00f3rdenes ejecutivas, emitir medidas coercitivas, en caso de que as\u00ed fuera la justicia tendr\u00eda que ir contra esos personajes y enjuiciarlos\u201d, expres\u00f3 durante su intervenci\u00f3n en el<strong> Congreso Bolivariano de los Puebl<\/strong>os.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diplom\u00e1tico venezolano resalt\u00f3 la importancia de manejar y socializar los t\u00e9rminos jur\u00eddicos correcto, y en ese sentido record\u00f3 que las acciones unilaterales que ejerce <strong>EEUU<\/strong> como medida de presi\u00f3n \u201cno son sanciones\u201d sino medidas coercitivas e ilegales que violan el derecho a la libre empresa y comercio internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A juicio de <strong>Arreaza,<\/strong> las medidas emprendidas por la administraci\u00f3n Trump constituyen medidas de lesa humanidad, al tiempo que agreg\u00f3 que la denuncia tiene como fundamento demostrar c\u00f3mo el pueblo es v\u00edctima de las consecuencias del bloqueo y las afectaciones al sector petrolero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDecisiones tomadas por <strong>EEUU<\/strong> contra el derecho internacional, contra <strong>Carta de las Naciones Unidas<\/strong>, violando principios de cada <strong>Estado<\/strong>; nosotros aspiramos que haya justicia\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, <strong>Arreaza <\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las organizaciones sociales y \u201cv\u00edctimas del bloqueo\u201d se han activado para hacer llegar sus denuncias y casos a la <strong>CPI<\/strong>, y agreg\u00f3 que aunque<strong> EEUU <\/strong>no forma parte de la referida corte, sus acciones repercuten y tienen impacto en un <strong>Estad<\/strong>o miembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prensa Vicepresidencia<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte Penal Internacional deber\u00e1 determinar las responsabilidades individuales de las medidas coercitivas que afectan el &hellip; <a title=\"Canciller Arreaza: CPI debe determinar responsables de medidas coercitivas contra Venezuela\" class=\"hm-read-more\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2020\/02\/19\/canciller-arreaza-cpi-debe-determinar-responsables-de-medidas-coercitivas-contra-venezuela\/\"><span class=\"screen-reader-text\">Canciller Arreaza: CPI debe determinar responsables de medidas coercitivas contra Venezuela<\/span>Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":18169,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[82,163],"tags":[222,341,335],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
