{"id":18210,"date":"2020-02-26T09:47:25","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T13:47:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=18210"},"modified":"2020-02-26T09:47:26","modified_gmt":"2020-02-26T13:47:26","slug":"abren-investigacion-contra-presidente-de-colombia-por-acusaciones-de-aida-merlano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2020\/02\/26\/abren-investigacion-contra-presidente-de-colombia-por-acusaciones-de-aida-merlano\/","title":{"rendered":"Abren investigaci\u00f3n contra presidente de Colombia por acusaciones de A\u00edda Merlano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Acusaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes\u00a0 de Colombia<\/strong> abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n formal en contra del presidente<strong> Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez <\/strong>por las declaraciones y acusaciones que ha hecho la excongresista <strong>Aida Merlano <\/strong>desde <strong>Venezuela<\/strong>, sobre c\u00f3mo oper\u00f3 la red de compra y venta de votos en el <strong>Caribe <\/strong>para las elecciones de 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el representante John Jairo C\u00e1rdenas, presidente de esa comisi\u00f3n, se formularon dos denuncias contra el presidente Duque. La primera fue la del representante de la oposici\u00f3n David Racero, que pidi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n en contra del mandatario por los delitos de constre\u00f1imiento al sufragante, corrupci\u00f3n al sufragante, tr\u00e1fico de votos y tentativa de homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ese caso se designaron a tres representantes investigadores, que son Edward Rodr\u00edguez, del Centro Democr\u00e1tico; Andr\u00e9s Calle, del Partido Liberal; y Wilmar Leal, de la Alianza Verde. \u201cPara la segunda denuncia, del representante Fabi\u00e1n D\u00edaz (Alianza Verde) y que fue contra Duque y el fiscal general Francisco Barbosa por denegaci\u00f3n de funciones y presunto prevaricato, tom\u00e9 la decisi\u00f3n de asumirla\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 C\u00e1rdenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia de <strong>Racero <\/strong>fue presentada el pasado 20 de febrero y el representante dio cr\u00e9dito a las palabras de <strong>Merlano <\/strong>cuando se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el presidente <strong>Duque <\/strong>conoci\u00f3 de la compra de votos para que su campa\u00f1a ganara en el <strong>Caribe<\/strong>. \u201cNo solo conoci\u00f3 de la existencia de compra de votos a su favor, sino que se reuni\u00f3 con las personas que promovieron esta pr\u00e1ctica en la costa. Al respecto, es importante tener en cuenta la declaraci\u00f3n literal\u201d, se\u00f1ala Racero en su denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre lo dicho por <strong>Merlano<\/strong>, la<strong> Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n <\/strong>abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar para ponerle la lupa a lo dicho por la condenada y fugada excongresista <strong>Aida Merlano <\/strong>en territorio venezolano. <strong>Merlano <\/strong>asegur\u00f3 que su fuga, por ejemplo, fue planeada por el empresario atlanticense Julio Gerlein, quien habr\u00eda financiado la red de compra de votos, y por miembros de la poderosa familia Char, de la que hacen parte el exalcalde de Barranquilla, Alex\u00e1nder Char, y el senador Arturo Char.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre este \u00faltimo, la <strong>Corte Suprema de Justicia <\/strong>abri\u00f3 una indagaci\u00f3n preliminar.
