*Prensa MinTrabajo 06.03.2020.-<\/strong>* El ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate, clausur\u00f3 el Primer Encuentro Nacional de las Salas de Batalla Productiva de la Industria Petroqu\u00edmica de Venezuela, desde el Complejo Hugo Ch\u00e1vez ubicado en Mor\u00f3n estado Carabobo, en donde junto a los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores establecieron los planes de acci\u00f3n para elevar la productividad de Pequiven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ministro explic\u00f3 adem\u00e1s, que gracias a los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores (CTP) y a los debates generados, la informaci\u00f3n recopilada ser\u00e1 evaluada, compilada, priorizada y presentada como planes de acci\u00f3n que permitan resolver problemas puntuales en los tres complejos petroqu\u00edmicos que existen en Venezuela como el Ana Mar\u00eda Campos ubicado en el estado Zulia, Jos\u00e9 Antonio P\u00e1ez en el estado Anzo\u00e1tegui y Hugo Ch\u00e1vez en Carabobo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate detall\u00f3, que el resultado de estos debates tambi\u00e9n fue un manual de procedimiento que establece los protocolos, un sistema de seguimiento y control y la planificaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n en la estatal petroqu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa organizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, es la herramienta para la planificaci\u00f3n del plan productivo de cada empresa, este ha sido un encuentro exitoso porque fueron tres d\u00edas de debates en toda la industria petroqu\u00edmica\u201d, asegur\u00f3.
\n
\nDetall\u00f3 que se conforma adem\u00e1s el Estado Mayor de los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores de la industria petrolera, que junto a la Comisi\u00f3n Presidencial revolucionar\u00e1 en poco tiempo el sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo record\u00f3, que los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores asumir\u00e1n la direcci\u00f3n, el proceso de gesti\u00f3n directa y elevar definitivamente la producci\u00f3n, el Ministro Pi\u00f1ate especific\u00f3 que Pequiven elabora insumos importantes para el sector agr\u00edcola, pl\u00e1stico, aluminio entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, puntualiz\u00f3 que estas acciones se ejercen por instrucciones del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, y es el de consolidar el nuevo Modelo de Gesti\u00f3n Empresarial Socialista y el Plan Productivo de naci\u00f3n.
