Coment\u00f3 que \u201clo m\u00e1s importante es que est\u00e1n en el marco del Proceso Social de Trabajo, vamos a desarrollar all\u00ed una comisi\u00f3n compartida c\u00f3nsonas con la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo las Trabajadoras y los Trabajadores (LOTTT), tenemos 30 d\u00edas de acuerdo al lineamiento del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica para finalizar esa convenci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Rangel agreg\u00f3 que el fin esencial es lograr una nueva forma de trabajo entre todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras de Venezuela e impulsar el art\u00edculo 367 de la LOTTT, que est\u00e1 referido a las atribuciones y finalidades de las organizaciones sindicales, que le permitir\u00e1 a estas asociaciones gremiales contribuir en el proceso social de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Para el dirigente sindical esta discusi\u00f3n plantea un debate interesarte, pues se crear\u00e1 una comisi\u00f3n especial\u00a0 para estudiar c\u00f3mo los empleados p\u00fablicos se podr\u00e1n incorporar al proceso productivo del pa\u00eds, y de esta manera darle aplicabilidad de la LOTTT.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 el Presidente de la CBST que \u201cla oposici\u00f3n nunca entender\u00e1 este proceso que viven hoy d\u00eda los trabajadores, porque su actitud cr\u00edtica y quejumbrosa no les permite abrir sus mentes y comprender que s\u00f3lo con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los trabajadores y con una dirigencia sindical responsable, c\u00f3nsona\u00a0 con la Constituci\u00f3n, la Ley Org\u00e1nica y el Plan de la Patria, se construye un pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Will Rangel celebr\u00f3 el inicio de las discusiones del Contrato Marco de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":1875,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[82],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
