{"id":1936,"date":"2014-11-21T11:52:06","date_gmt":"2014-11-21T11:52:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=1936"},"modified":"2016-07-01T14:23:19","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T14:23:19","slug":"nuevos-textos-legales-para-beneficio-de-los-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2014\/11\/21\/nuevos-textos-legales-para-beneficio-de-los-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos textos legales para beneficio de los trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En entrevista televisiva el Ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez, se refiri\u00f3 a dos textos legales aprobados por el Presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro durante el per\u00edodo habilitante que buscan ampliar los beneficios y proteger los intereses de la clase obrera.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los nuevos logros para los trabajadores es lo referido al r\u00e9gimen de pensiones y jubilaciones, cuyo contenido legal exclu\u00eda a los obreros al no considerarlos funcionarios p\u00fablicos. Con el Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley sobre el R\u00e9gimen de Jubilaciones y Pensiones de los Trabajadores y de las Trabajadoras de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Nacional, Estadal y Municipal, los obreros pierden esa diferenciaci\u00f3n que los apartaba del goce de sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Ministro Mart\u00ednez de igual forma se refiri\u00f3 al otro aspecto contenido en la mencionada Ley de Jubilaciones y Pensiones con respecto a las personas que sufr\u00edan alg\u00fan accidente laboral, enfermedad ocupacional\u00a0 o cualquier otra enfermedad, que no cumpl\u00edan con los requisitos de edad y de tiempo de servicio, al ser certificados por el Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laboral (INPSASEL) \u201cLa Gran Discapacidad\u201d, el trabajador recibir\u00e1 su pensi\u00f3n de manera inmediata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0Otra de las nuevas regulaciones que favorecen a los trabajadores es la referida a la Ley del Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (INCES). Mart\u00ednez recalc\u00f3 que en \u201ceste momento los obreros deben asumir la gesti\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica del proceso social del trabajo\u201d. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta Ley potencia la formaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de la comunidades, de manera que las entidades laborales est\u00e9n vinculadas con las necesidades del pueblo y el Plan de la Patria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adelant\u00f3 el Ministro Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez que se est\u00e1 trabajando en un nuevo m\u00e9todo de ascenso de los trabajadores de acuerdo con su capacitaci\u00f3n, siempre motivado por las palabras del Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez al mencionar que el proceso social de trabajo llevaba impl\u00edcita la autoformaci\u00f3n colectiva, integral, continua, cient\u00edfica y permanente.
