A los pueblos que luchan por la paz y justicia social nos llaman terroristas, salvajes y nos dicen que somos violentos; es la doctrina norteamericana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo adem\u00e1s que la historia del MAS-IPSP es la historia de la lucha por la paz, la democracia y la justicia social, \u201cdebemos garantizar mediante el di\u00e1logo una salida democr\u00e1tica y pac\u00edfica a la crisis de Bolivia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morales agreg\u00f3 que la Asamblea Legislativa, el&nbsp; Tribunal Supremo Electoral,&nbsp;los movimientos sociales est\u00e1n llamados a buscar el di\u00e1logo, \u00fanico camino posible para solucionar la tensi\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds,&nbsp;antes de que se pierdan vidas por la acci\u00f3n de grupos de choque del gobierno de facto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este lunes continuaron las protestas de movimientos sociales e ind\u00edgenas y grupos de izquierda en Bolivia tras un nuevo aplazamiento de las elecciones presidenciales en ese pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las manifestaciones y los bloqueos de carreteras en Bolivia contra el nuevo aplazamiento de las elecciones&nbsp;<strong>cumplieron este lunes ocho d\u00edas tras fracasar los intentos de di\u00e1logo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puntos de bloqueo se mantuvieron en Cochabamba, en el centro del pa\u00eds, en lugares estrat\u00e9gicos que conectan c<strong>on Santa Cruz,<\/strong>&nbsp;la mayor ciudad de Bolivia y capital financiera del pa\u00eds, o La Paz, sede del Gobierno y el Parlamento bolivianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cientos de manifestantes se concentraron en la ruta hacia La Paz&nbsp;<strong>para exigir elecciones en la fecha antes prevista del 6 de septiembre,<\/strong>&nbsp;en vez de posponerlas al 18 de octubre, aunque esta vez tambi\u00e9n el pedido incluy\u00f3 la<strong>&nbsp;renuncia de la presidenta de facto de Bolivia, Jeanine \u00c1\u00f1ez,<\/strong>&nbsp;a la que acusan de querer ampliar su gesti\u00f3n arguyendo los contagios por la pandemia de la COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los discursos en algunos mitines improvisados, en los que intervinieron oradores en idioma quechua, cuestionaron los se\u00f1alamientos de \u201cterroristas\u201d o \u201cnarcoterroristas\u201d que hacen autoridades del Gobierno de facto contra los movilizados, rese\u00f1an medios internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ente electoral manifest\u00f3 que el 18 de octubre es la fecha definitiva de las elecciones generales, que deb\u00edan celebrarse el 3 de mayo pasado y que fueron postergadas una primera vez para el 6 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva fecha fijada por la autoridad electoral se basa en las consideraciones de que a finales de agosto y comienzo de septiembre Bolivia vivir\u00e1 la mayor etapa de contagios por el nuevo coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades sanitarias bolivianas reportaron 3.640 fallecidos y 89.999 contagios desde la detecci\u00f3n de los primeros casos de la COVID-19 en
