Interiores, justicia y Paz, G\/J&nbsp;<strong>N\u00e9stor Reverol,<\/strong>&nbsp;design\u00f3 este lunes al&nbsp;<strong>Cuerpo de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas, Penales y Criminal\u00edsticas<\/strong>&nbsp;(CICPC) y del&nbsp;<strong>Servicio Nacional de Medicina y Ciencias Forenses<\/strong>&nbsp;(Senamecf) para investigar los hechos ocurridos en Cabimas, estado Zulia, donde resultaron muertos los ciudadanos&nbsp;<strong>Andr\u00e9s Eloy Zacar\u00edas y V\u00edctor Torres<\/strong>, en un procedimiento en el que participaron funcionarios de la&nbsp;<strong>Fuerza de Acciones Especiales<\/strong>&nbsp;(FAES).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La informaci\u00f3n fue dada conocer por Reverol mediante un comunicado oficial publicado en su cuenta de la red social Instagram @reverolnestor que reza: \u201cEstos oficiales ser\u00e1n procesados por el presunto delito de homicidio calificado con alevos\u00eda, uso indebido de armas, simulaci\u00f3n de hecho punible, abuso de autoridad y violaci\u00f3n de domicilio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega que \u201cante cualquier situaci\u00f3n que constituya una desviaci\u00f3n en la correcta actuaci\u00f3n policial o implique anomal\u00edas en los procedimientos y protocolos establecidos, seremos implacables en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley\u201d. &nbsp;<strong>A continuaci\u00f3n el texto completo del comunicado:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de un hecho irregular ocurrido en la ciudad de Cabimas estado Zulia, donde resultaron muertos los ciudadanos Andr\u00e9s Eloy Zacar\u00edas y V\u00edctor Torres en un procedimiento de la Fuerza de Acciones Especiales, he designado la conformaci\u00f3n de un equipo multidisciplinario del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas, Penales y Criminal\u00edsticas (Cicpc) y del Servicio Nacional de Medicina y Ciencias Forenses (Senamecf) para que realicen una investigaci\u00f3n a fondo de los hechos y los funcionarios actuantes a fin de lograr el esclarecimiento de este suceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este equipo ha sido instruido para prestar toda la colaboraci\u00f3n debida a los fiscales del Ministerio P\u00fablico con competencia en materia de Derechos Humanos que adelantan las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra premisa inquebrantable fue, es y ser\u00e1 siempre garantizar la seguridad ciudadana, la paz social y la vida del pueblo venezolano; apegados a los principios del uso de la fuerza que rigen nuestro modelo policial y con el respeto a los derechos humanos como valor fundamental en las actuaciones y procedimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto respaldamos la medida de orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por el Tribunal Penal en Primera Instancia Estadal y Municipal del estado Zulia contra los funcionarios Jos\u00e9 Salas, N\u00e9stor Olano, Nerio \u00c1lvarez, Andr\u00e9s D\u00edaz, Jos\u00e9 Moreno y Jos\u00e9 Contreras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos oficiales ser\u00e1n procesados por
