debate de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) se llev\u00f3 a cabo la aprobaci\u00f3n de los Cap\u00edtulos I y II de Ley Antibloqueo para el desarrollo Nacional y la Garant\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos, a fin de crear un sistema compensatorio del salario e ingreso real de los trabajadores y las medidas para el equilibrio econ\u00f3mico y productivo. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de debate el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, Diosdado Cabello, afirm\u00f3 que esta Ley es un instrumento para blindar la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds, ante las constantes arremetidas del gobierno de Estados Unidos, los cuales buscan desestabilizar al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordemos que una vez que la ANC apruebe el texto de esta Ley constitucional, el Ejecutivo decidi\u00f3 que lo presentar\u00e1 ante el Consejo de Estado para que este organismo solicite a la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) su opini\u00f3n sobre la constitucionalidad de esta Ley Antibloqueo, \u201ctodo esto es para blindarnos, no solo para el momento coyuntural y pol\u00edtico, sino para blindarnos contra el bloqueo imperialista de aqu\u00ed en adelante, legalmente, \u00e9ticamente, blindar a la naci\u00f3n\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe allowfullscreen=\"true\" class=\"\"
