Recursos Naturales y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, diputado&nbsp;<strong>Ricardo Molina<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles que actualmente esta instancia legislativa trabaja en tres instrumentos legales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n en una entrevista en un canal privado, el parlamentario socialista detall\u00f3 que se tratan de la Ley de Planificaci\u00f3n Territorial,&nbsp; Ley de los Derechos de la Madre Tierra y la&nbsp;Ley sobre Derechos de los Animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Comisi\u00f3n ha dado un vuelco despu\u00e9s de cinco a\u00f1os de inactividad, era urgente retomar el tema ambiental con una visi\u00f3n ecosocialista\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que se constituyeron tres subcomisiones, la primera que tiene que ver con H\u00e1bitat y Territorio; la subcomisi\u00f3n de Ambiente, Recursos Naturales y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y la subcomisi\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Ambiental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa satisfacci\u00f3n de las necesidades humanas debe cumplirse con un profundo respeto por la naturaleza\u201d, inst\u00f3 al tiempo que pidi\u00f3 adecuar las tecnolog\u00edas para el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales para el desarrollo para que no afecte al ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que las unidades comunales juegan un papel fundamental para minimizar la afectaci\u00f3n al entorno natural.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que esta Comisi\u00f3n permanente estar\u00e1 recibiendo denuncias de la poblaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la su cuenta en la red social Twitter&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtv.gob.ve\/comision-permanente-ambiente-an-trabaja-tres-proyectos-ley-final\/@ramolinap\">@ramolinap<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que como parte de las medidas de bioseguridad para contener los contagios por COVID-19, esta instancia legislativa realiza&nbsp;reuniones p\u00fablicas a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma
