Siempre hemos prestado apoyo a las misiones diplom\u00e1ticas en el pa\u00eds para organizar sus procesos electorales. Las autoridades peruanas deben ser responsables y darle la cara sin evasivas a sus electores\u201d, alert\u00f3 este lunes el Canciller de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana, en su cuenta de la red social Twitter,&nbsp;<strong>@jaarreaza.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, el Canciller venezolano refut\u00f3 al Gobierno peruano -que encabeza desde noviembre pasado el presidente interino de aquel pa\u00eds, Francisco Sagasti- de pretender culpar a Venezuela de la negaci\u00f3n del voto que esas autoridades peruanas est\u00e1n obligadas a garantizar a sus electores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, el ministro Arreaza public\u00f3 la denuncia realizada por el ex embajador del Per\u00fa en Venezuela,&nbsp;<strong>Luis Raygada Souza-F,<\/strong>&nbsp;quien alert\u00f3 al mundo que el Gobierno peruano a trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;<em><strong>Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE),<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;viol\u00f3 el derecho al voto de m\u00e1s de 20 mil ciudadanos que aqu\u00ed residen. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cONPE afirma que Venezuela no dio las facilidades: GRAN MENTIRA, aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la prueba.
