{"id":22692,"date":"2021-06-22T06:10:59","date_gmt":"2021-06-22T10:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=22692"},"modified":"2021-06-22T06:11:01","modified_gmt":"2021-06-22T10:11:01","slug":"consejo-de-estado-presidente-maduro-anuncia-comision-especial-para-conduccion-de-una-revolucion-en-el-sistema-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2021\/06\/22\/consejo-de-estado-presidente-maduro-anuncia-comision-especial-para-conduccion-de-una-revolucion-en-el-sistema-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Consejo de Estado: Presidente Maduro anuncia Comisi\u00f3n Especial para conducci\u00f3n de una Revoluci\u00f3n en el Sistema de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cAnuncio la creaci\u00f3n de una Comisi\u00f3n Especial para la conducci\u00f3n de la Revoluci\u00f3n Judicial en todo el Sistema de Justicia venezolano\u201d, inform\u00f3 el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica,&nbsp;<strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros<\/strong>, durante la reuni\u00f3n de trabajo del Consejo de Estado realizado este lunes en Miraflores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtv.gob.ve\/comision-revolucion-judicial-centros-penitenciarios-pais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estar\u00e1 presidida<\/a>&nbsp;por el diputado&nbsp;<strong>Diosdado Cabello<\/strong>, la vicepresidencia estar\u00e1 a cargo de la diputada y primera combatiente,&nbsp;<strong>Cilia Flores,<\/strong>&nbsp;y la secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva estar\u00e1 en manos de la doctora y magistrada del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ),&nbsp;<strong>Lourdes Su\u00e1rez \u00c1nderson<\/strong>, presidenta de la Sala Constitucional del m\u00e1ximo tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEllos tres ser\u00e1n n\u00facleo inicial de esta Comisi\u00f3n Especial, que tomar\u00e1 las riendas de una Revoluci\u00f3n Completa de la Justicia\u201d, dijo, adelantando que se integrar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n los \u00f3rganos de la Fiscal\u00eda, de la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica y otras instituciones de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn las pr\u00f3ximas horas anunciaremos la conformaci\u00f3n completa de esta Comisi\u00f3n Especial que tendr\u00e1 que rendir cuentas al Consejo de Estado\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el Dignatario Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Comisi\u00f3n Especial tendr\u00e1 una plazo de 60 d\u00edas para que solucione de manera profunda, de ra\u00edz, con justicia y sin impunidad, cualquier condici\u00f3n de hacinamiento en los centros de detenci\u00f3n preventiva del pa\u00eds y regularice el paso a centros penitenciarios de todo el personal y detenidos que est\u00e9n siendo juzgados por los tribunales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c60 d\u00edas estamos dando, cayendo y corriendo. Por eso hablo de una revoluci\u00f3n profunda y acelerada\u201d, expuso el presidente Maduro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario Nacional dijo que la primera gran conclusi\u00f3n del Consejo de Defensa realizada este lunes, es la necesidad que posee Venezuela de hacer la revoluci\u00f3n profunda y acelerada del Sistema de Justicia, que se inicia a partir de este lunes, para readecuar y actualizar todas las leyes para una justicia eficaz, a tiempo, y que Venezuela tenga un Estado robusto e instituciones que respondan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cY tenemos c\u00f3mo hacerla, sabemos y queremos hacerla
