es&nbsp;<strong>Johana Carrillo<\/strong>; para la GMCHJ fue designada como nueva coordinadora,&nbsp;<strong>Jessica Bello<\/strong>, mientras el IND estar\u00e1 ahora bajo la responsabilidad de&nbsp;<strong>Ninoska Clocier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los anuncios fueron ofrecidos durante la reuni\u00f3n con Jefas y Jefes de las Zonas Educativas, a prop\u00f3sito del pr\u00f3ximo inicio de Dignatario explic\u00f3 que estas nuevas designaciones se corresponden a la decisi\u00f3n de aligerar las cargas y potenciar la labor del Ministro y Vicepresidente Sectorial para lo social y socialismo territorial,&nbsp;<strong>Mervin Maldonado<\/strong>, a quien dijo, tiene la tarea inmensa de estar al frente del trabajo principal de la Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl frente de la construcci\u00f3n de la M\u00e1xima Felicidad Social, de la seguridad social, del Estado de Bienestar de las Misiones y Grandes Misiones, de la igualdad proclamada y practicada, como dir\u00eda el Libertador Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cColocando a gente fresca, nueva, joven, para que Mervin sea el director de la orquesta\u201d; dijo haciendo un s\u00edmil de la labor de la Vicepresidencia del \u00c1rea Social y del Socialismo Territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coment\u00f3 Maduro que, Johana Carrillo era profunda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Jessica Bello coment\u00f3 que es una lideresa juvenil, ingeniera y profesional venezolana, que fue vicepresidenta de la Federaci\u00f3n de Estudiantes Universitarios, y primera viceministra de la Juventud. \u201cJuventud al frente; te felicito, al combate, a la batalla con nuevos planes en la Chamba Juvenil\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo,
