MPPPST, Caracas.-<\/strong> Abril del 2002<\/strong> fue el mes que marc\u00f3 el hito hist\u00f3rico de la Revoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>, los venezolanos y venezolanas de diferentes localidades salieron a reclamar por el regreso del Presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, quien se encontraba encarcelado y su mandato hab\u00eda sufrido un golpe de estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo comenz\u00f3 el 10 de diciembre del 2001, cuando empresas del sector privado convocaron a un paro nacional de 12 horas, en modo de protesta, alegando que las 49 nuevas leyes<\/strong> por promulgar no estaban acordes con las empresas privadas ni al modelo venezolano, estas leyes se encontraban en reforma y se encuentran en la Constituci\u00f3n de 1999<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabajadores de Petr\u00f3leos de Venezuela<\/strong> (Pdvsa<\/strong>), tambi\u00e9n se unieron a los paros que organizaron diferentes sindicatos, como la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores de Venezuela<\/strong> (CTV<\/strong>), empresas del sector privado y partidos pol\u00edticos adversos al mandato del Presidente Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, para el 9 de abril del a\u00f1o 2002 anunciaron una huelga general indefinida, durante estos d\u00edas Venezuela vivi\u00f3 conflictos y confrontaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El 11 de abril del 2002, en horas de la ma\u00f1ana los autodenominados Sociedad Civil, conformados por la CTV <\/strong>y Fedec\u00e1maras <\/strong>convocaron a una movilizaci\u00f3n en contra del mandato del Comandante<\/strong>, cuando la movilizaci\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 a Puente Llaguno 19 personas fueron asesinadas, durante esa noche el Presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong> fue detenido y trasladado desde Miraflores hasta Fuerte Tiuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pedro Carmona auto jurament\u00e1ndose como presidente interino de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela<\/strong>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

El 12 de abril, el conocido Pedro Carmona<\/strong>, presidente de la Federaci\u00f3n de C\u00e1maras de Comercio y de Industria de Venezuela<\/strong> (Fedec\u00e1maras<\/strong>), apareci\u00f3 en canales privados del pa\u00eds auto jurament\u00e1ndose como presidente interino de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela<\/strong>, e inici\u00f3 la descomposici\u00f3n de los poderes que conformaban el Estado y repuso el nombre de Rep\u00fablica de Venezuela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Momentos despu\u00e9s, su hija Mar\u00eda Gabriela Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 para un canal internacional, que el Comandante no hab\u00eda renunciado y que era un Presidente prisionero<\/strong>, para la tarde del 12 de abril el Fiscal General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, Isa\u00edas Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, ofreci\u00f3 una conferencia de prensa donde expres\u00f3 que se hab\u00eda producido un golpe de Estado, y el nuevo gobierno era inconstitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para ese momento, los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de las zonas populares de Caracas, se encontraban fuera de sus hogares con las consignas \u201c\u00a1Queremos a Ch\u00e1vez!\u201d<\/strong> y \u201cCh\u00e1vez no renunci\u00f3, lo tienen secuestrado\u201d<\/strong>, llenando las calles adyacentes al palacio de Miraflores, aunque la poblaci\u00f3n fue reprimida por la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana, se mantuvieron firmes en apoyo al Comandante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la simb\u00f3lica 42\u00aa Brigada de Infanter\u00eda Paracaidista del Ej\u00e9rcito venezolano<\/strong> ubicada en Maracay<\/strong>, estado Aragua<\/strong>, se declara activa para la Operaci\u00f3n Rescate de la Dignidad Nacional<\/strong>, quien se fusiona con la Guardia de Honor Presidencial<\/strong>, armando una uni\u00f3n c\u00edvico-militar con el pueblo que se encontraba en los alrededores de Miraflores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el 13 de abril el Comandante <\/strong>se encontraba en Turiamo<\/strong>, donde deja una carta que indica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego fue llevado hasta la isla de La Orchila<\/strong>, para ese momento el pueblo venezolano se encontraba reconquistando la Casa Militar<\/strong>, y el general Efra\u00edn V\u00e1squez Velasco<\/strong> anunciaba p\u00fablicamente que no respaldaba a Pedro Carmona<\/strong>, asegurando que se hab\u00eda roto el hilo constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se tem\u00eda un magnicidio, por ello el Alto Mando<\/strong> expresa el ultim\u00e1tum y dieron una hora para entregar sano y salvo al Presidente<\/strong>, en ese momento Diosdado Cabello<\/strong> toma el control como presidente provisional, mientras se espera el retorno del Presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A las altas horas de la noche, desde Puerto Cabello<\/strong>, estado Carabobo <\/strong>una lancha con aproximadamente 30 funcionarios militares y tres helic\u00f3pteros, partieron a La Orchilla, eran comandados por el general Al\u00ed Uzc\u00e1tegui<\/strong>, la operaci\u00f3n fue exitosa, el Comandante estaba de regreso a Miraflores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para la madrugada del 14 de abril, un helic\u00f3ptero de la Fuerza Armada Bolivariana<\/strong>, llevaba al Presidente Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong> rumbo a Miraflores <\/strong>donde lo esperaba el pueblo venezolano junto los militares patriotas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
