Caracas, MPPPST.-<\/strong> Desde el 2003<\/strong>, la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo <\/strong>(OIT<\/strong>) empez\u00f3 a celebrar los 28 de abril<\/strong> de cada a\u00f1o el D\u00eda Mundial de la Seguridad y la Salud Laboral<\/strong>, con la finalidad de promover la prevenci\u00f3n <\/strong>de accidentes en el \u00e1rea laboral y enfermedades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los movimientos sindicales adoptaron tambi\u00e9n los 28 de abril<\/strong>, como fecha para para conmemorar a cada trabajador y trabajadora que ha sido v\u00edctima de alg\u00fan accidente laboral, lesi\u00f3n o de enfermedad profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En junio del 2022<\/strong>, una Conferencia Internacional del Trabajo <\/strong>incluy\u00f3 la frase \u201cun entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable\u201d<\/em>, como principio b\u00e1sico y derecho fundamental en el trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los principales convenios sobre seguridad <\/strong>y salud <\/strong>de los trabajadores son el n\u00famero 155<\/strong>, el cual habla sobre la prevenci\u00f3n <\/strong>de accidentes <\/strong>y da\u00f1os <\/strong>a la salud <\/strong>que afecten a los trabajadores y trabajadoras, adem\u00e1s del cuidado del medio ambiental laboral, tambi\u00e9n se encuentra el convenio n\u00famero 187<\/strong> donde exige a los pa\u00edses miembros de la OIT<\/strong>, la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas nacionales en materia de Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo<\/strong> (SST<\/strong>), adem\u00e1s de tener en cuenta las condiciones y practicas que deben tomar las organizaciones y empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar, que existen diferentes tipos de riesgos, algunos pueden ser emergentes<\/strong>, como el cambio de maquinarias para la producci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se incluye mayores cargas de trabajo por migraci\u00f3n de personal, e inclusive el empleo independiente puede causar problemas de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Venezuela, el Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laborales<\/strong> (Inpsasel<\/strong>), fue creado el 17 de agosto de 2002<\/strong>, bajo el decreto presidencial<\/strong> N\u00b0 1.785<\/strong>, su funci\u00f3n es inspeccionar<\/strong>, supervisar<\/strong>, orientar <\/strong>y sancionar <\/strong>a las empresas que realicen violaciones a las normativas de seguridad laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
