MPPPST, Caracas.-<\/strong> Un d\u00eda antes de celebrar el D\u00eda Internacional del Trabajador<\/strong>, el Comandante Hugo Rafael Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 la nueva La Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, las Trabajadoras y los Trabajadores (LOTTT)<\/strong>, hoy cumple 12 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de vigencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVoy a proceder a firmar la nueva Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras (LOTTT), y dejo en manos del pueblo, de los trabajadores y trabajadoras su cumplimiento como una de esas leyes inexorables\u201d Comandante Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos de los beneficios que concede esta noble Ley, son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Periodos prenatales de seis semanas y posnatales de 20 semanas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Estabilidad laboral e inamovilidad laboral, terminan los despidos no justificados y los trabajadores no pueden despedidos sin la autorizaci\u00f3n de una Inspector\u00eda del Trabajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Se incluyeron a personas con discapacidad en el \u00e1rea laboral y queda cancelada la tercerizaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n conocidas como empresas intermediarias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Derecho a dos d\u00edas continuos de descanso, reduciendo las jornadas a 40 horas semanales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Vacaciones, al cumplir un a\u00f1o ininterrumpido laborando en la misma empresa, el trabajador o trabajadora tendr\u00e1 derecho de solicitar sus 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles, con remuneraci\u00f3n salarial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Restituci\u00f3n de prestaciones sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Protecci\u00f3n a la familia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    En la reforma se incluye el derecho al trabajo y el deber de trabajar de las personas, de acuerdo a sus capacidades y aptitudes, esto incluye a las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Garantiza la igualdad y equidad de g\u00e9nero en el ejercicio del derecho al trabajo, y se incorpora como oficiales los idiomas ind\u00edgenas en la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo, y se reconocen las obligaciones de comunicar las disposiciones que se comuniquen en dichos idiomas a los trabajadores y trabajadoras ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Estas nuevas reformas prohibieron el trabajo de personas menores de 14 a\u00f1os de edad, y acogi\u00f3 las disposiciones de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as y Adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    El Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, se encarga de defender cada art\u00edculo de la generosa LOTTT, de proteger los derechos de la clase obrera, y as\u00ed lograr cumplir con los lineamientos otorgados por el Comandante Hugo Rafael Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
