{"id":26100,"date":"2024-05-01T10:50:47","date_gmt":"2024-05-01T14:50:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=26100"},"modified":"2024-05-01T10:50:48","modified_gmt":"2024-05-01T14:50:48","slug":"dia-mundial-del-trabajador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2024\/05\/01\/dia-mundial-del-trabajador\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda mundial del Trabajador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>MPPPST, Caracas.- <\/strong>Desde la llegada del <strong>Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong>, y la toma del <strong>Presidente Obrero<\/strong>, <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>, la clase obrera venezolana ha tenido protagonismo y defensa de sus derechos laborales, tal como lo indica la <strong>Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, las Trabajadoras y los Trabajadores (Lottt).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la historia del d\u00eda del trabajador inicia en 1886, en la ciudad de Chicago, Estados Unidos, m\u00e1s de 350 mil trabajadores paralizaron las producciones de diferentes empresas, el motivo fue exigir mejoras laborales, en aquella \u00e9poca las jornadas laborales eran de 12 a 18 horas diarias, y no se respetaban las edades para iniciar alg\u00fan empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clase obrera de la \u00e9poca iniciaron huelgas desde el primero de mayo de 1886, existieron enfrentamientos que conllevaron a una concentraci\u00f3n en la plaza Haymarket el 4 de mayo, durante la concentraci\u00f3n, un polic\u00eda result\u00f3 herido con un artefacto explosivo y cinco de los detenidos fueron condenados a morir en la horca (tres periodistas, un tip\u00f3grafo y un carpintero), ellos se volvieron la imagen de aquella masacre, actualmente se les conoce como \u201cLos M\u00e1rtires de Chicago\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a ese estallido social de 1886, en <strong>Venezuela<\/strong> se empez\u00f3 a celebrar el <strong>D\u00eda del Trabajador<\/strong> en 1936.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas<\/strong> y el inicio de la <strong>Quinta Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, los trabajadores y trabajadoras pudieron tener una bondadosa <strong>LOTTT<\/strong>, que con ella llegaron diferentes reformas que defienden y protegen a la clase obrera. De las cuales destacan las jornadas de trabajo semanales de 40 horas, los periodos reposo prenatal y postnatal, adem\u00e1s de pagos de retroactivos y prestaciones sociales, la igualdad que tiene la mujer a la hora de laborar, entre otras grandes bondades que presenta la Lottt como beneficios a los trabajadores y trabajadoras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente <strong>la clase obrera<\/strong> cuenta con el apoyo constante del primer <strong>Presidente Obrero<\/strong>, <strong>Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong>, que se ha ocupado de mantener su compromiso con la Lottt, ayudando en el avance educativo de los trabajadores y las trabajadora, adem\u00e1s del trabajo que ha realizado el <strong>MPPPST<\/strong> y sus entes adscritos, mantenido las garant\u00edas de protecci\u00f3n, seguridad y derechos de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, as\u00ed como lo pidi\u00f3 el <strong>Comandante Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong> aquel <strong>30 de abril de 2012.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prensa MPPPST\/Rosa Brito<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde la llegada del Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas, y la toma del Presidente Obrero, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, la clase obrera venezolana ha tenido protagonismo y defensa de sus derechos laborales, tal como lo indica la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, las Trabajadoras y los Trabajadores (Lottt).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":26101,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[82],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
