{"id":26454,"date":"2024-07-15T17:54:35","date_gmt":"2024-07-15T21:54:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=26454"},"modified":"2024-07-15T17:54:37","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T21:54:37","slug":"un-logro-colectivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2024\/07\/15\/un-logro-colectivo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo: Un logro colectivo para el pueblo trabajador venezolano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>(Caracas, 15-07-2024.- Prensa MPPPST).- <\/strong>El <strong>Ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo<\/strong>, <strong>Alexis Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 durante una entrevista en el programa<strong> Marcando La Pauta<\/strong>, transmitida por <strong>Ranking 100.7 FM<\/strong>, que la<strong> Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras<\/strong> (<strong>LOTTT<\/strong>) no es un hecho individual sino el resultado de un proceso colectivo profundamente arraigado en la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>\u201cTuvimos una visi\u00f3n distinta al resto del mundo<\/em>\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 <strong>Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, al referirse a la importancia de reconocer y valorar el trabajo de aquellos sectores esenciales que, a pesar de no estar siempre visibles, garantizan el funcionamiento de la sociedad, como los trabajadores del servicio el\u00e9ctrico, del transporte y de la producci\u00f3n radial, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En el marco de la construcci\u00f3n de la <strong>LOTTT<\/strong>, el <strong>Ministro <\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de numerosas asambleas con los trabajadores y trabajadoras, donde se recopilaron alrededor de 20 mil propuestas y acot\u00f3 que dichas ideas fueron sistematizadas por un equipo multidisciplinario, dando origen a una ley que responde a las necesidades y realidades del pueblo trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>\u201cEl <strong>Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo <\/strong>debe su nombre a la promulgaci\u00f3n de esta ley\u201d, <\/em>resalt\u00f3 <strong>Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong>. Explic\u00f3 que, bajo la visi\u00f3n del <strong>Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, los ministerios no pod\u00edan ser instituciones aisladas del pueblo. En el contexto de la transformaci\u00f3n del Estado capitalista, Ch\u00e1vez propuso que los ministerios se denominaran<strong> <em>\u201cM<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>inisterio del Poder Popular\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, reflejando el car\u00e1cter protag\u00f3nico del pueblo en la construcci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<br>Un ministerio con ra\u00edces en el pueblo trabajador<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El <strong>Ministro Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong> hizo \u00e9nfasis en la profunda conexi\u00f3n que existe entre el Ministerio y el pueblo trabajador.<em> \u201cSomos hombres y mujeres de calle, provenientes de los sindicatos, del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, de las aulas de clases, de las actividades administrativas y de producci\u00f3n. Estamos comprometidos con el bienestar de nuestro pueblo trabajador\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Medidas coercitivas y sus efectos en el salario<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong> record\u00f3 el impacto negativo que han tenido las medidas coercitivas impuestas al pa\u00eds desde el 2015, cuando el entonces presidente de los<strong> Estados Unidos<\/strong>, <strong>Barack Obama<\/strong>, declar\u00f3 a Venezuela como una amenaza inusual. <em>\u201cEstas medidas han significado un ataque directo a nuestra econom\u00eda, y el trabajo, al ser la base de la misma, se ve reflejado en el salario\u201d<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El bloqueo econ\u00f3mico impuesto a la industria petrolera nacional ha tenido un impacto devastador, afectando el poder adquisitivo del salario. En respuesta a esta situaci\u00f3n, el gobierno del <strong>presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/strong> implement\u00f3 el <strong>Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica <\/strong>desde el 2018 y ha establecido un sistema de bonificaci\u00f3n indexado al <strong>Sistema Patria<\/strong> para proteger los ingresos de los trabajadores y trabajadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Di\u00e1logo social para superar las dificultades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El <strong>Ministro Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong> destac\u00f3 la importancia del di\u00e1logo social como herramienta fundamental para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos econ\u00f3micos. Desde el 2022, se ha mantenido una mesa de di\u00e1logo en la que participan representantes de los sectores empleadores y trabajadores, a trav\u00e9s de <strong>Fec\u00e1maras<\/strong>, <strong>Fedeindustria <\/strong>y la <strong>Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores de Venezuela<\/strong> (<strong>CTV<\/strong>), entre otras organizaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En este espacio de di\u00e1logo, se han discutido diversos temas, incluyendo las propuestas de aumento salarial presentadas por algunos sectores empresariales. Sin embargo, el <strong>ministro Corredor P\u00e9rez<\/strong> alert\u00f3 sobre la naturaleza de estas propuestas, las cuales, buscan privatizar servicios esenciales como la educaci\u00f3n y la salud, afectando directamente al presupuesto nacional y a la inversi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>El compromiso con el bienestar del pueblo trabajador<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El<strong> Ministro Corredor P\u00e9rez <\/strong>reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del gobierno con el bienestar del pueblo trabajador.<em> \u201cSeguimos trabajando incansablemente para proteger los derechos laborales, fortalecer el poder adquisitivo del salario y construir una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y equitativa\u201d<\/em>, concluy\u00f3. <strong>(Fin\/ Prensa
