(MPPPST – 30 de abril del 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 En un acto significativo celebrado en las instalaciones del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), se dio inicio formal al Diplomado en Derecho del Proceso Social de Trabajo. Esta iniciativa, fruto de un convenio interinstitucional, cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo (MPPPST) y del propio TSJ, as\u00ed como de la Escuela Nacional de la Magistratura (ENM). El diplomado tiene como objetivo principal robustecer las competencias de los profesionales que se desempe\u00f1an en el \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada inaugural cont\u00f3 con las palabras de bienvenida de la Presidenta del TSJ, Magistrada Caryslia Rodr\u00edguez, quien resalt\u00f3 la trascendencia de la formaci\u00f3n continua en este sector crucial. Seguidamente, el Magistrado de la Sala Electoral y Coordinador de Relaciones Universitarias y Acad\u00e9micas del TSJ, Magistrado Inocencio Figueroa, comparti\u00f3 su visi\u00f3n sobre el impacto que tendr\u00e1 este programa de formaci\u00f3n.La clase magistral inaugural, titulada \u00abVisi\u00f3n Social y Pol\u00edtica del Derecho del Trabajo en Revoluci\u00f3n\u00bb, fue impartida por el Ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, Germ\u00e1n Eduardo Pi\u00f1ate. Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el Ministro Pi\u00f1ate enfatiz\u00f3 la relevancia de la normativa laboral vigente, incluyendo la Constituci\u00f3n de 1999, la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras (LOTTT) de 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un hecho destacado de este lanzamiento fue la participaci\u00f3n masiva de m\u00e1s de 3.000 trabajadoras y trabajadores de todo el territorio nacional, quienes se conectaron en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Zoom, evidenciando el notable inter\u00e9s y compromiso con su formaci\u00f3n en materia de derechos laborales. Este Diplomado en Derecho del Proceso Social de Trabajo tiene como meta primordial desarrollar habilidades pr\u00e1cticas y anal\u00edticas para la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos laborales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los derechos de los trabajadores y promoviendo la justicia social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
