Prensa MPPPST (06\/05\/2026<\/strong>).- <\/strong>Este mi\u00e9rcoles 6 de mayo, el ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social del Trabajo, Dr. Alexis Castillo, ofreci\u00f3 una entrevista en el programa Kicosis, transmitido por Globovisi\u00f3n, donde destac\u00f3 los avances en la Mesa de Di\u00e1logo Nacional para los Consensos Laborales y Sociales, as\u00ed como las acciones de la presidenta (E) de la Rep\u00fablica, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, para proteger el ingreso de los trabajadores en medio de la actual coyuntura econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl mensaje es claro: nosotros no vamos a dejar solo al pueblo trabajador. Seguimos reuni\u00e9ndonos y trabajando para lograr consensos laborales y sociales en beneficio de todos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El titular de la cartera laboral reiter\u00f3 que se mantiene una revisi\u00f3n integral de las normativas vigentes y su adaptaci\u00f3n a la realidad econ\u00f3mica. \u00abLas leyes laborales no son inamovibles. Ninguna norma jur\u00eddica lo es; todas evolucionan y cambian para bien\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castillo explic\u00f3 que el m\u00e9todo actual se orienta hacia un concepto de \u201cingreso integral\u201d, dise\u00f1ado para proteger el poder adquisitivo sin generar presiones fiscales insostenibles. En ese sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la aplicaci\u00f3n de un concepto amplio de salario en algunos contratos colectivos del sector p\u00fablico puede multiplicar significativamente las incidencias econ\u00f3micas, lo cual resulta inviable en el contexto actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que los ajustes se realizan con responsabilidad para evitar efectos inflacionarios que desvirt\u00faen su impacto. \u00abEstamos otorgando los aumentos que podemos hacer responsablemente para que no se conviertan en sal y agua\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEn la mesa no estamos cerrados a nada. Discutimos todo, todos los temas y todos los t\u00f3picos que tienen que ver con el \u00e1rea laboral\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Castillo durante la entrevista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insisti\u00f3 en la necesidad de consolidar estos espacios de encuentro de forma permanente, dada la naturaleza din\u00e1mica del trabajo y la econom\u00eda. \u00abYo quisiera que esta mesa sea permanente para toda la vida. El tema laboral es un tema din\u00e1mico, igual que lo es la econom\u00eda e igual que lo es la pol\u00edtica\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En relaci\u00f3n con las cr\u00edticas sobre la pol\u00edtica salarial, Castillo reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno con el bienestar de los trabajadores. \u00abNosotros no somos un gobierno perverso que queremos el mal para nuestros trabajadores. Quisi\u00e9ramos dar m\u00e1s y mejores aumentos, pero en estos momentos no se puede porque la econom\u00eda no nos da para eso\u00bb, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el Ministro destac\u00f3 la magnitud del compromiso fiscal, se\u00f1alando que m\u00e1s de 6 millones de pensionados y jubilados dependen directamente del Estado, e hizo un llamado a la corresponsabilidad de todos los sectores para avanzar en soluciones sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abTenemos que buscar f\u00f3rmulas para resolver el sistema pensional y el sistema laboral, pero eso tiene que ser sustentable en materia econ\u00f3mica, porque si no, no lo vamos a lograr\u00bb, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
