{"id":2866,"date":"2015-04-16T11:47:39","date_gmt":"2015-04-16T11:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=2866"},"modified":"2016-07-01T15:25:04","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T15:25:04","slug":"mpppst-verifica-cumplimientos-de-derechos-laborales-de-trabajadores-del-campo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2015\/04\/16\/mpppst-verifica-cumplimientos-de-derechos-laborales-de-trabajadores-del-campo\/","title":{"rendered":"MPPPST verifica cumplimientos de derechos laborales de trabajadores del campo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo (MPPPST) y sus entes adscritos est\u00e1n desplegados durante una semana en los municipios Achaguas, Biruaca y Mu\u00f1oz del estado Apure para realizar la reinspecci\u00f3n de 206 predios de la zona para constatar el cumplimiento de los derechos laborales que fueron diagnosticados durante la primera visita\u00a0 realizada en el mes de noviembre de 2014 correspondiente a la primera fase del Plan de Inspecci\u00f3n Integral Agrario (PIIA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rosal\u00eda Zingales, Coordinadora del Plan de Inspecci\u00f3n Integral Agrario (PIIA) inform\u00f3 que durante la primera etapa del PIIA se detectaron una serie de incumplimientos con los trabajadores y trabajadoras del campo, como lo son el pago del salario m\u00ednimo o la inscripci\u00f3n en el Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (IVSS), pero la m\u00e1s resaltante y recurrente es el incumplimiento de las garant\u00edas de las prestaciones sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, destac\u00f3 que otro de los elementos a resaltar en esta reinspecci\u00f3n es la Autoformaci\u00f3n Colectiva, Integral, Continua y Permanente de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, y para ello, el Despacho Laboral a trav\u00e9s del Viceministerio para el Sistema Integrado de Inspecci\u00f3n Laboral y de la Seguridad Social en conjunto con los Centros de Encuentros para la Educaci\u00f3n y el Trabajo (CEET) han afinado estrategias para beneficiar a este sector agr\u00edcola con su formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que se citaron alrededor de 100 patronos y patronas para que junto a los CEET construyan un Plan de Formaci\u00f3n en las entidades de trabajo bajo las siguientes l\u00edneas: Organizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, y el conocimiento de los encadenamientos productivos, rol de la entidad de trabajo y de la clase trabajadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe destacar que estas reinspecciones se est\u00e1n efectuando con el apoyo y despliegue de un equipo multidisciplinario conformado por Procuradores y Supervisores del Proceso Social de Trabajo, el Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales, Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laboral (Inpsasel), Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces); y los Centros de Encuentros para la Educaci\u00f3n y el Trabajo (CEET).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El PIIA es una de las pol\u00edticas impulsadas por el Gobierno Bolivariano para combatir el latifundio, la miseria y la explotaci\u00f3n, a fin de garantizarles a los trabajadores y trabajadoras del campo el pleno disfrute de sus derechos laborales, y una mejor formaci\u00f3n y calidad de vida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El MPPPST y sus entes adscritos est\u00e1n desplegados en los municipios Achaguas, Biruaca y Mu\u00f1oz del estado Apure para realizar la reinspecci\u00f3n de 206 predios de la zona<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":2867,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
