{"id":3077,"date":"2015-05-08T14:45:54","date_gmt":"2015-05-08T14:45:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=3077"},"modified":"2016-07-01T15:46:46","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T15:46:46","slug":"ministro-martinez-para-aplicar-correctamente-la-ley-debemos-tener-como-esencia-el-proceso-social-del-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2015\/05\/08\/ministro-martinez-para-aplicar-correctamente-la-ley-debemos-tener-como-esencia-el-proceso-social-del-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministro Mart\u00ednez: Para aplicar correctamente la ley debemos tener como esencia el Proceso Social del Trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caracas, 8 de mayo.\u00a0El Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo (MPPPST) inici\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en La Ciudad Vacacional Los Caracas con los Directores Estadales, Inspectores, Procuradores, Jefes de Sala de Inamovilidad y Jefes de Unidad de Supervisi\u00f3n de todo el pa\u00eds, el taller denominado \u00abLa Tercerizaci\u00f3n, Criterios y Procedimientos en la Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia Laboral en Sede Administrativa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la actividad que se extender\u00e1 hasta el jueves los participantes hicieron un an\u00e1lisis del art\u00edculo 48 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y las Trabajadoras (LOTTT) a prop\u00f3sito de la culminaci\u00f3n este 7 de mayo de la disposici\u00f3n transitoria primaria establecida en el documento legal sobre la erradicaci\u00f3n definitiva de la tercerizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ministro del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez, manifest\u00f3 que la responsabilidad que se tiene como Ministerio es estabilizar y desarrollar el proceso social del trabajo porque al abordar todo el estudio de la tercerizaci\u00f3n, encontraron que para aplicar correctamente la ley \u00abdebemos tener como esencia el proceso social de trabajo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3, que sin el proceso social de trabajo no hay producci\u00f3n y \u00abnosotros tenemos que garantizar la recuperaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exhort\u00f3 a todos los presentes a participar en el proceso social del trabajo para satisfacer sus necesidades y lograr la justa distribuci\u00f3n de la riqueza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Por su parte, el viceministro para Derechos y Relaciones Laborales, Menry Fern\u00e1ndez, \u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la tercerizaci\u00f3n es un acto del neoliberalismo y contra ese acto la Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana asume una pol\u00edtica social para revertir \u00abel estado de cosas que dej\u00f3 ese neoliberalismo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Inform\u00f3 que seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas de las Direcciones de Supervisi\u00f3n del Ministerio se ha impactado desde el a\u00f1o 2012 hasta el 2015 un aproximado de 135 mil 174 trabajadores y trabajadoras que han ingresado tanto en el sector p\u00fablico como en el privado, producto de la disposici\u00f3n transitoria primaria para eliminar la tercerizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Fern\u00e1ndez \u00a0resalt\u00f3 que \u00abla Revoluci\u00f3n reivindica al trabajador y trabajadora, es obrerista, humanista\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redacci\u00f3n: Miliseth Ysea<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fotograf\u00eda: Maritza Higuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El MPPPST inici\u00f3 con los Directores Estadales, Inspectores, Procuradores, Jefes de Sala de Inamovilidad y Jefes de Unidad de Supervisi\u00f3n de todo el pa\u00eds, el taller \u00abLa Tercerizaci\u00f3n, Criterios y Procedimientos en la Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia Laboral en Sede Administrativa\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":3078,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
