{"id":3239,"date":"2015-06-15T10:06:33","date_gmt":"2015-06-15T10:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=3239"},"modified":"2016-07-01T15:59:51","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T15:59:51","slug":"registro-de-entidades-laborales-aumento-1-449-en-un-mes-segun-dante-rivas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2015\/06\/15\/registro-de-entidades-laborales-aumento-1-449-en-un-mes-segun-dante-rivas\/","title":{"rendered":"Registro de entidades laborales aument\u00f3 1.449% en un mes, seg\u00fan Dante Rivas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Caracas, 14 de junio de 2015.- <\/em>La activaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Registro Nacional de Entidades de Trabajo y Solvencia Laboral (RNET), que llev\u00f3 a cabo el Ministerio del Proceso Social de Trabajo en el marco del Plan Nacional de Automatizaci\u00f3n y Simplificaci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1mites,logr\u00f3 un incremento de 1.449% en la cantidad de registros completados en tan solo un mes de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 Dante Rivas, autoridad \u00fanica de Simplificaci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1mites y Permisos, quien record\u00f3 que el RNET fue implementado el pasado 12 de mayo con el objetivo de agilizar estos procedimientos y garantizarles a los trabajadores venezolanos respuestas eficientes, oportunas y transparentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que de acuerdo con las estad\u00edsticas suministradas por el ente ministerial, desde el momento en que entr\u00f3 en funcionamiento el sistema,\u00a0hasta la fecha, se han contabilizado un total de 30.981 registros,\u00a0un aumento de 1.449% en comparaci\u00f3n con los 2.000 mensuales que se efectuaban antes de la automatizaci\u00f3n del procedimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Este logro es el resultado del trabajo mancomunado entre el Ministerio y el Instituto Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n Eficiente de Tr\u00e1mites y Permisos (Ingetyp), que coordinaron la eliminaci\u00f3n de los 17 recaudos que se exig\u00edan antes para realizar estos tr\u00e1mites, que ahora pueden hacerse de forma r\u00e1pida y segura a trav\u00e9s del portal web\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\">www.mpppst.gob.ve<\/a>.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Rivas resalt\u00f3 la labor que han desempe\u00f1ado las autoridades en materia laboral durante este proceso de transformaci\u00f3n, en el que est\u00e1n\u00a0beneficiando a millones de usuarios con pr\u00e1cticas sencillas y efectivas,\u00a0que adem\u00e1s contribuyen directamente con la lucha contra el burocratismo y la corrupci\u00f3n que encabeza el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Con el nuevo sistema se suprimieron 30 pasos, en este momento los trabajadores solo deben realizar 6 para registrarse. Gracias a la automatizaci\u00f3n no hay l\u00edmites para completar este proceso, que se hace de manera electr\u00f3nica gracias a la interoperabilidad con 10 entes del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los procedimientos que est\u00e1 agilizando el Ministerio, en conjunto con el Ingetyp, destacan tambi\u00e9n el\u00a0registro de organizaciones sindicales\u00a0y la data de tercerizaci\u00f3n.
