{"id":3543,"date":"2015-08-26T18:04:08","date_gmt":"2015-08-26T18:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=3543"},"modified":"2016-07-01T16:16:27","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T16:16:27","slug":"oac-promueve-la-participacion-protagonica-y-directa-del-pueblo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2015\/08\/26\/oac-promueve-la-participacion-protagonica-y-directa-del-pueblo\/","title":{"rendered":"OAC promueve la participaci\u00f3n protag\u00f3nica y directa del pueblo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caracas, 26 de agosto de 2015 (<em>MPPPST<\/em>).- Con la firme intenci\u00f3n de dirimir todas las situaciones irregulares y dar pronta respuesta al ciudadano en diversas materias, este mi\u00e9rcoles se llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n al Ciudadano (OAC) del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo (MPPPST).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La idea es crear primero la base aqu\u00ed en el Ministerio, a nivel central, para despu\u00e9s ir hacia los Estados \u2013explica Betty Prieto, directora general de la OAC- donde habr\u00e1 \u201cen cada uno de ellos una representaci\u00f3n de los equipos ya articulados\u201d que seguir\u00e1n todos la misma pol\u00edtica. \u201cEstamos trabajando bajo una nueva visi\u00f3n para establecer la interconexi\u00f3n de todos los entes\u201d, indic\u00f3 la Directora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes durante la reuni\u00f3n tuvo que ver con la formaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y trabajadoras que integraran el equipo de la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cPara la formaci\u00f3n de nuestros trabajadores recibiremos la ayuda de cada uno de los viceministerios; para hacer el trabajo m\u00e1s eficiente. Nosotros debemos convertirnos en una oficina de referencia nacional en materia de respuesta y contralor\u00eda, sobre todo en la eficiencia de la respuesta y en la formaci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de la conciencia ciudadana de lo que es el proceso social de trabajo, porque todo esto se monta o se constituye sobre la base de la conciencia social\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Prieto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La OAC ya tiene un plan de atenci\u00f3n presencial, como virtual, y a trav\u00e9s de las diferentes oficinas y una secci\u00f3n en el portal web del MPPPST. En estos momentos cuenta con un correo electr\u00f3nico como es <a href=\"mailto:oacmpppst@mpppst.gob.ve\">oacmpppst@mpppst.gob.ve<\/a> y el 0800-TRABAJO (872.22.56) donde atiende casos con informaci\u00f3n relacionada a denuncias en materia laboral, y temas relacionados con los cuatro despachos de los viceministerios y Entes Adscritos, y ofrece asesoramiento para atenci\u00f3n a los reclamos, pasos a seguir para canalizar denuncias sobre la base de su funci\u00f3n contralora, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta dependencia fue creada para gestionar de forma diligente los requerimientos que presenten los ciudadanos, comunidades y colectivos organizados y est\u00e1 conformada por servidores p\u00fablicos comprometidos con las pol\u00edticas sociolaborales del MPPPST y con la \u00e9tica revolucionaria para ayudar a los ciudadanos, ciudadanas, trabajadores y trabajadoras, promoviendo as\u00ed la participaci\u00f3n protag\u00f3nica y democr\u00e1tica en la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Report\u00f3: Ninoska Gilson<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fotos: Maritza Higuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La OAC ya tiene un plan de atenci\u00f3n presencial, como virtual, y a trav\u00e9s de las diferentes oficinas<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":3545,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
