Conquistamos nuestra Independencia del Imperio m\u00e1s poderoso del mundo, y no ser\u00e1n precisamente las pretensiones imperiales contenidas en sanciones ileg\u00edtimas las que desviar\u00e1n a nuestro pa\u00eds del rumbo que su pueblo, en uso de su soberan\u00eda, autodeterminaci\u00f3n y democracia participativa y protag\u00f3nica, ha decidido darse hacia la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa, democr\u00e1tica y de paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exigimos al Presidente Barack Hussein Obama respetar el Derecho Internacional y los principios y prop\u00f3sitos de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas, as\u00ed como una vez m\u00e1s le instamos a no promulgar esta ley que va en contra del sistema multilateral y a derogar su orden ejecutiva, una vez que \u00e9l mismo ha reconocido p\u00fablicamente que Venezuela no representa ninguna amenaza a los Estados Unidos.
