{"id":7752,"date":"2016-07-28T13:19:49","date_gmt":"2016-07-28T13:19:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=7752"},"modified":"2016-07-29T13:57:27","modified_gmt":"2016-07-29T13:57:27","slug":"chavez-y-su-inagotable-legado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2016\/07\/28\/chavez-y-su-inagotable-legado\/","title":{"rendered":"Ch\u00e1vez y su inagotable legado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marbelys Mav\u00e1rez Laguna.- Es una verdad que Ch\u00e1vez quedar\u00e1 para la historia como un labrador de conciencias, asunto tan importante como contundente en nuestros tiempos, pues cuando el ser humano toma conciencia sobre la realidad, tiene conocimiento sobre los asuntos que les ata\u00f1e. Se apropia de ellos y se empodera. A partir de all\u00ed empieza a asumir un rol protag\u00f3nico en torno a lo que es fundamental en su existencia.\u00a0 De esta manera, el pueblo ha empezado, de forma sostenida, el complejo trabajo a los fines de coadyuvar con los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n necesarios en una sociedad. As\u00ed, poco a poco Ch\u00e1vez se fue proyectando como un <strong>labrador de la conciencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese impulso de la conciencia, Ch\u00e1vez resignific\u00f3 una serie de categor\u00edas que otrora luc\u00edan anquilosadas en un pasado que muy poco tributaba al presente. Fue entonces cuando Ch\u00e1vez empez\u00f3 a hablar de <strong>pueblo<\/strong>, como categor\u00eda necesaria que representaba a las grandes mayor\u00edas del pa\u00eds, a los pobres, a los excluidos hist\u00f3ricos\u2026. Y lo volvi\u00f3 su amigo, su aliado. Porque los pobres empezaron a comprender que en Ch\u00e1vez ten\u00edan a alguien que a su vez los entend\u00eda, un verdadero interlocutor. Eso se denomina <strong>empat\u00eda<\/strong>. De tal manera que ese rapportt, hizo compatible el d\u00fao Ch\u00e1vez\u2013pueblo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un comunicador nato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquellos 68 segundos que dur\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n del Teniente Coronel Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas, a trav\u00e9s de los medios de difusi\u00f3n masivos con el fin de solicitar a los rebeldes que lo acompa\u00f1aron el 4 de Febrero de 1992 que depusieran las armas, debido a que los objetivos trazados por el <strong>Movimiento Bolivariano 200<\/strong> eran imposibles de lograr, Ch\u00e1vez se expuso como un verdadero comunicador. Lo m\u00e1s importante: por <strong>primera vez en mucho tiempo, en el pa\u00eds alguien se hac\u00eda responsable de sus actos.<\/strong> Esto caus\u00f3 un efecto de aceptaci\u00f3n inmediata, fue un hecho realmente \u00a0esperanzador, creador de expectativas y de mucho optimismo en la llamada opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, pues no hay duda de que su discurso cont\u00f3 con una particular estructuraci\u00f3n y coherencia. Ese discurso, producto de una necesidad hist\u00f3rica, se volc\u00f3 hacia el pueblo\u2026 Y el pueblo se volc\u00f3 hacia Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo tanto, no tiene nada de extra\u00f1o, ajeno, lejano, inveros\u00edmil, que Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas haya recibido el calificativo de comunicador. Un <strong>comunicador nato<\/strong>. Sin estudiar ese complejo proceso, hizo de la comunicaci\u00f3n un ejercicio casi cotidiano en el cual las dimensiones hist\u00f3ricas, las emociones, las representaciones, lo simb\u00f3lico, la narrativa, la diversidad, la interculturalidad, lo singular, lo local o comunitario, tom\u00f3 cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos estos aspectos distaban mucho de ser susceptibles de medici\u00f3n alguna o de ser relevantes, raz\u00f3n por la cual fueron desestimados por la \u201cciencia\u201d: <strong>la ciencia,<\/strong> en t\u00e9rminos generales, desestima lo local, lo simb\u00f3lico (por no ser tangible), las representaciones (por no ser medibles). Tales dimensiones encontraron un interlocutor en el Comandante, quien las reivindic\u00f3, dejando un impacto significativo, en virtud de que logr\u00f3 una real comunicaci\u00f3n, horizontal, emocional, afectiva con las bases\u2026 Logr\u00f3 la conexi\u00f3n con el pueblo que lo escuchaba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El comienzo de su herencia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La herencia que nos dej\u00f3 el Presidente Hugo Ch\u00e1vez Fr\u00edas fue, sin lugar a dudas, esencial. En este sentido, quiero rescatar lo siguiente: el Presidente Ch\u00e1vez parti\u00f3 del reconocimiento de la\u00a0 existencia de verdaderos problemas presentes en la estructura social: de la pobreza, de la corrupci\u00f3n, de la miseria, de la gran deuda p\u00fablica, del endeudamiento con los organismos financieros internacionales, tales como el Banco Mundial (BM) y el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), de la exclusi\u00f3n, de la invisibilizaci\u00f3n, de la existencia de los grandes poderes f\u00e1cticos (econ\u00f3micos-financieros y pol\u00edticos, en especial) para dar con la esencia de esos fen\u00f3menos\u2026Hizo una verdadera radiograf\u00eda<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, no menos importante, el Presidente facilit\u00f3 los mecanismos para el reencuentro con la subjetividad. Tambi\u00e9n posibilit\u00f3 que el <strong>pueblo asumiera su condici\u00f3n de sujeto<\/strong>. Dio al traste con la cosificaci\u00f3n de la que fue objeto el sujeto social. Promovi\u00f3 una forma de actuar beligerante, cuestionara, pero bajo un esquema disciplinado, con fundamentos. As\u00ed, la voz del pueblo se escuch\u00f3, al tiempo que paulatinamente se hac\u00eda corresponsable de los asuntos que le ata\u00f1en.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artesano de la conciencia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dec\u00eda Ludovico Silva, escritor, ensayista, fil\u00f3sofo y poeta venezolano, considerado como uno de los m\u00e1s importantes intelectuales del siglo XX y de los principales pensadores marxistas de Venezuela\u2013quien, aunque respetado por miembros del sector \u201cintelectual\u201d del pa\u00eds, fue deliberadamente silenciado por otros sectores de la llamada Universidad tradicional-, que no es posible lograr un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n real, aun cuando se transformen las condiciones materiales de los seres humanos, si no existe un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n, en primera instancia, de la conciencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fue precisamente en estos complejos procesos donde los sujetos sociales nos incorporamos de la mano del Presidente Ch\u00e1vez, quien promovi\u00f3 la comprensi\u00f3n del significado de la <strong>categor\u00eda Imperio<\/strong>, de sus alcances y consecuencias. Tambi\u00e9n naveg\u00f3 en la teor\u00eda marxista. Reivindic\u00f3 conceptos tales como \u201cdue\u00f1os de los medios de producci\u00f3n, la plusval\u00eda, la explotaci\u00f3n\u201d. Aliment\u00f3 una nueva forma de relaciones internacionales. Rompi\u00f3 con la manera tradicional de vincularse con organismos internacionales (BM,\u00a0 FMI, BID) para dar paso tanto en el verbo como en la acci\u00f3n a nuevos procesos de integraci\u00f3n, tales como la ALBA, UNASUR, CELAC, que a su vez\u00a0 estaban alimentados de la dimensi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, social, am\u00e9n de la econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dio la espalda a lo que luci\u00f3 por mucho tiempo como necesario, como <strong>ley natural<\/strong>. As\u00ed, como Ley natural los pa\u00edses acud\u00edan al endeudamiento con los organismos financieros internacionales para paliar sus d\u00e9ficits fiscales. Tambi\u00e9n se apelaba a medidas de privatizaci\u00f3n de las empresas del Estado. Pero el Comandante Ch\u00e1vez empez\u00f3 a cuestionar lo que era altamente cuestionable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora bien, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 la met\u00e1fora \u201cartesano de la conciencia\u201d? La idea de artesano tiene lugar, cuerpo, significado en tanto representa la imagen de alguien que va construyendo de forma rudimentaria, poco a poco, labrando cuidadosamente su obra. Ch\u00e1vez logr\u00f3 impulsar\u00a0 la construcci\u00f3n, de forma incansable, sostenida, sistem\u00e1tica, de otro <strong>modelo societario<\/strong>. Y le dio un sello personal: <em>\u201cpensado en Venezuela\u201d, \u201cimpulsado en Venezuela\u201d<\/em>\u2026 Gracias por impulsar en nosotros \u00a0el pensamiento rebelde. Gracias por atender a los desatendidos de la historia y de los gobiernos.
