Desde la Academia Militar de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana (GNB), el Presidente\u00a0 Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/p>\n

se\u00f1al\u00f3, en el marco de la Misi\u00f3n Abastecimiento Soberano,\u00a0 que lleg\u00f3 agosto, \u201cmes de felicidad social\u201d , al tiempo que agregaba que tenemos las condiciones para salir al paso a la embestida: \u00a0el poder pol\u00edtico, militar y el m\u00e1s grande de todos los poderes, el poder popular, para responder a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3 que las empresas p\u00fablicas tienen que ser r\u00e1pidamente estructuradas, deben ser el ejemplo productivo. A lo anterior sum\u00f3 la necesidad de garantizar la materia prima. Y en tal sentido invit\u00f3 a los trabajadores con el fin de asumir lo que denomin\u00f3 la \u201ctarea de las tareas. Ustedes tienen la m\u00e1xima responsabilidad a nivel nacional y regional. Con esta GMAS \u201co salvamos la patria o salvamos la patria\u201d (…). Y agreg\u00f3 lo siguiente: \u201chay que ganar gobernanza econ\u00f3mica para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestro pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Resultados concretos<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Ya se han incorporado 502 (402 privadas y 100 p\u00fablicas) empresas productivas que representa el 77% del entramado productivo de los 3 motores fundamentales (…) en estas 2 semanas de activaci\u00f3n s\u00e9 que hemos avanzado en el terreno.<\/li>\n
  2. Esta semana llegamos a 500 mil hogares con la GM Hogares de la Patria.<\/li>\n
  3. El jueves de esta semana vamos a llegar a la vivienda 100 mil de este a\u00f1o 2016.<\/li>\n
  4. Estamos haciendo las consultas internacionales con pa\u00edses OPEP y No OPEP para evaluar esta ca\u00edda repentina del petr\u00f3leo a 33$.<\/li>\n
  5. Hoy hubo una reuni\u00f3n con Jorge Arreaza y las empresas de telecomunicaciones por el aumento de las tarifas, si ustedes (due\u00f1os) no pueden con esas empresas v\u00e9ndanmelas, que nosotros las ponemos a trabajar bien como Movilnet y CANTV.<\/li>\n
  6. Como Jefe de Estado rechazo y repudio el golpe parlamentario, no se puede llamar de otra manera, buscando el choque de trenes, la confrontaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Escenarios a vencer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    El Primer Mandatario Nacional se refiri\u00f3 a una serie de escenarios que son necesarios vencer en esta coyuntura:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. La GMAS nos debe permitir, a mediano plazo, un nuevo proceso de funcionamiento econ\u00f3mico (…) el camino no es el capitalismo, el camino nuestro es el Socialismo.<\/li>\n
    2. Hay que trabajar sobre la base de un escenario de petr\u00f3leo a 30$ para construir algo nuevo (…)<\/li>\n
    3. Tenemos el poder moral para hacerlo, tenemos el Plan de la Patria, la GMAS, tenemos el poder pol\u00edtico, el poder militar y tenemos el m\u00e1s grande de todos los poderes, el poder popular, solo nosotros podemos.<\/li>\n
    4. No habr\u00e1 dificultad que pueda con nosotros, eso es lo que nos hace superiores en lo moral, en lo espiritual (…) no es un hombre, es todo el pueblo que est\u00e1 en resistencia.<\/li>\n
    5. Tenemos que producir todo aqu\u00ed, me da mucha verg\u00fcenza cada vez que descargamos un barco de ma\u00edz, tenemos todas las capacidades y condiciones para producirlo aqu\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
