Con el objetivo de promover el proceso de autoformaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, se realiz\u00f3 en el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo,\u00a0 un taller de capacitaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de refrigeraci\u00f3n con el prop\u00f3sito de sustituir la contrataci\u00f3n de empresas que presten los servicios de reparaci\u00f3n de aires acondicionados y otros artefactos para que los trabajadores del Ministerio lo puedan realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Reyes, Director General de Bienes y Servicios del MPPPST, destac\u00f3 que es importante que los trabajadores realicen este tipo de talleres porque adem\u00e1s de promover el proceso de \u00a0autoformaci\u00f3n pueden realizar trabajos de gran ayuda para el Ministerio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos realizando este plan de capacitaci\u00f3n para todo el Ministerio en el \u00e1rea de formaci\u00f3n en refrigeraci\u00f3n, con el prop\u00f3sito de sustituir la contrataci\u00f3n de empresas y que ellos presten los servicios de reparaci\u00f3n en materia de aire acondicionado, microondas, neveras, todo esto para que los trabajadores tengan un oficio m\u00e1s calificado en estas materias y puedan colaborar con la labores de reparaci\u00f3n de distintos artefactos en el Ministerio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reyes sostuvo que la labor del Ministro Oswaldo Vera, consiste en \u00a0reforzar la autoformaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores con distintos talleres. \u201cEn esta primera etapa hay una cantidad de 20 trabajadores que est\u00e1n realizando el curso y seguiremos promoviendo la \u00a0capacitaci\u00f3n. La intenci\u00f3n del ministro Oswaldo Vera es reforzar la autoformaci\u00f3n colectiva en el Ministerio y los entes adscritos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el funcionario p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autoformaci\u00f3n para la Clase Obrera <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Alfonzo Villapol, Jefe de Divisi\u00f3n de Servicios Generales del MPPPST, inform\u00f3 que para el pr\u00f3ximo mes de octubre se tiene previsto realizar distintos cursos de formaci\u00f3n para los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara el mes de octubre tenemos el inicio de un curso b\u00e1sico de computaci\u00f3n para que los trabajadores del Ministerio puedan reforzar sus conocimientos en materia de computaci\u00f3n\u201d. Agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n realizando un curso de lenguaje de se\u00f1as que ser\u00e1 hasta el 12 de diciembre, al tiempo que agregaba que actualmente se est\u00e1 desarrollando un proceso de autoformaci\u00f3n en \u00a0materia de servicios generales, para que los trabajadores tengan una mayor capacidad para realizar labores de plomer\u00eda, carpinter\u00eda, entre otros oficios.<\/p>\n<p>Redacci\u00f3n: Carlos Palacios<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prensa (MPPPST).
