{"id":9177,"date":"2016-11-09T01:20:25","date_gmt":"2016-11-09T01:20:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=9177"},"modified":"2016-11-09T01:20:25","modified_gmt":"2016-11-09T01:20:25","slug":"principal-reto-de-los-consejos-productivos-de-trabajadores-transformar-la-economia-del-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2016\/11\/09\/principal-reto-de-los-consejos-productivos-de-trabajadores-transformar-la-economia-del-pais\/","title":{"rendered":"Principal reto de los Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores: \u201ctransformar la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEl pa\u00eds espera todo de su Clase Obrera\u201d, fue una de las frases inaugurales \u00a0realizadas por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, al juramentar la figura de los Consejos\u00a0 Productivos de Trabajadores (CPT), estructura con la cual se propone establecer una estructura de transformaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds. \u00a0\u00a0Para lograr tal objetivo, la primera meta consiste en incrementar la producci\u00f3n y contribuir a solucionar los problemas que se han venido imponiendo a la misma. De manera tal que la Clase Obrera, de la mano de su Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana, \u00a0dan muestras del apoyo irrestricto al proceso que ha sido producto de sus esfuerzos en estos \u00faltimos 17 a\u00f1os, y especialmente en esta coyuntura.<\/p>\n<p>La conformaci\u00f3n de los llamados Consejos Productivos de Trabajadores (CPT) tienen el firme prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la Gran Misi\u00f3n Abastecimiento Soberano (GMAS). Se prev\u00e9 \u00a0establecerse \u00a0en todo el territorio nacional. La Misi\u00f3n de tales equipos consiste en fiscalizar, con la Superintendencia Nacional para los Derechos Socioecon\u00f3micos (Sundee), la actividad econ\u00f3mica nacional para garantizar los productos de primera necesidad a la poblaci\u00f3n venezolana.<\/p>\n<p>De manera tal que la finalidad no es otra que la de vencer la Guerra Econ\u00f3mica a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0 la puesta en producci\u00f3n de estas empresas de acuerdo con su capacidad instalada, adem\u00e1s de ayudar a mejorar la producci\u00f3n y garantizar que se cumplan las metas establecidas.<\/p>\n<p>Los responsables de verificar la conformaci\u00f3n, seguimiento y control de gesti\u00f3n del Consejo Productivo de Trabajadores ser\u00e1n: en cada estado, la Gran Misi\u00f3n Abastecimiento Soberano y el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo siguiendo instrucciones del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, en su car\u00e1cter de Jefe de Estado y de Gobierno y como Comandante en Jefe de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana.<\/p>\n<p>Para iniciar el funcionamiento del Consejo, este tendr\u00e1 que realizar un diagn\u00f3stico del proceso productivo, partiendo de los siguientes elementos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caracterizaci\u00f3n de la Cadena Productiva (Por ejemplo: productor, acopiador rural, mayorista, hasta el consumidor).<\/li>\n<li>Definici\u00f3n del funcionamiento y los procesos que son propios de las cadenas productivas vinculadas con la naturaleza de la Entidad de Trabajo identificando los principales problemas (Por ejemplo: materia prima o equipos que intervienen en el proceso transformador del producto, entre otros).<\/li>\n<li>Los miembros del Consejo Productivo de Trabajadores, deben ser trabajadores y trabajadoras, aunque no es limitante la composici\u00f3n por g\u00e9nero, de la Entidad de Trabajo, con una antig\u00fcedad m\u00ednima de un (01) a\u00f1o en la misma sede.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los trabajadores del Consejo Productivo de Trabajadores ser\u00e1n designados por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Proceso Social de Trabajo, en concordancia con la Gran Misi\u00f3n Abastecimiento Soberano. En el caso de los miembros de la FANB y Milicia Bolivariana ser\u00e1n designados por el MPP para la Defensa.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los j\u00f3venes ser\u00e1n designados por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Juventud, En el caso de las activistas de apoyo de UNAMUJER ser\u00e1n designadas por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Mujer y la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Los miembros del Consejo Productivo de Trabajadores, durar\u00e1n un (01) a\u00f1o en el cumplimiento de sus actividades.
