{"id":9511,"date":"2016-12-01T22:13:50","date_gmt":"2016-12-01T22:13:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/?p=9511"},"modified":"2016-12-01T22:13:50","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T22:13:50","slug":"inces-promueve-tecnologias-de-avanzada-para-la-gastronomia-venezolana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2016\/12\/01\/inces-promueve-tecnologias-de-avanzada-para-la-gastronomia-venezolana\/","title":{"rendered":"Inces promueve tecnolog\u00edas de avanzada para la gastronom\u00eda venezolana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) pone en marcha tres grandes proyectos de innovaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica que incluye la marca \u201cWadaka\u201d, con la inauguraci\u00f3n del primer centro gastron\u00f3mico de alta tecnolog\u00eda en Caracas, el impulso de la pesca artesanal en toda la costa venezolana y los cursos mini chef para ni\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La informaci\u00f3n la ofreci\u00f3 el presidente del Inces, Wuikelman Angel durante la Fitven 2016, donde inform\u00f3 que para consolidar la alta tecnolog\u00eda en la cocina, el Inces tiene previsto inaugurar en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas el Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Socialista (CFS) Gastron\u00f3mico \u201cWadaka\u201d, ubicado en las instalaciones del Inces en Los Cortijos de Lourdes, estado Miranda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">El centro est\u00e1 dotado de los mejores equipos, formaci\u00f3n con t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras y de alt\u00edsima calidad, donde esperamos consolidar y reconocer, a trav\u00e9s de la certificaci\u00f3n de saberes, lo que el pueblo hace a partir de la capacidad creadora en la cocina\u201d, indic\u00f3 Angel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Igualmente, el CFS albergar\u00e1 todas las \u00e1reas gastron\u00f3micas, incluyendo innovaciones en dulcer\u00eda, cocteler\u00eda, pasteler\u00eda \u201cy novedades como el \u201cpi\u00f1onate\u201d, que es un dulce merecedor de importantes premios nacionales, promoviendo las \u00e1reas vinculadas a la producci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Por otra parte, record\u00f3 que el Inces, a trav\u00e9s de la coordinaci\u00f3n Turismo, viene trabajando en un proyecto de capacitaci\u00f3n, de certificaci\u00f3n de saberes y de producci\u00f3n en la pesca artesanal en los estados Nueva Esparta, Vargas, Anzo\u00e1tegui, Sucre, Aragua, Carabobo y Falc\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Con este proyecto se espera incorporar, a trav\u00e9s de la metodolog\u00eda de proyectos de formaci\u00f3n y autoformaci\u00f3n permanente (PFAP), nuevas t\u00e9cnicas para la pesca de especies aut\u00f3ctonas del pa\u00eds, \u201ccomo por ejemplo, el cultivo del mejill\u00f3n, que es una t\u00e9cnica desarrollada con procesos de investigaci\u00f3n mundialmente avalados\u201d, precis\u00f3 el titular del Inces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Para finalizar, Angel invit\u00f3 a las comunidades de todo el pa\u00eds a participar en los cursos de mini chef, dirigidos a ni\u00f1os entre los 8 y 10 a\u00f1os de edad, \u201cvenimos de hacer un curso piloto con mas de 30 ni\u00f1os (hijos de los trabajadores del instituto) en todo el pa\u00eds, incentivando la gastronom\u00eda y la seguridad alimentaria en los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os del hogar\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A prop\u00f3sito de la Fitven, Angel record\u00f3 que el Inces Nueva Esparta alcanz\u00f3 la meta de 12 mil participantes en el a\u00f1o, especialmente en el motor agroalimentario y en las \u00e1reas industriales y de turismo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Educaci\u00f3n Socialista (Inces) pone en marcha tres grandes proyectos de &hellip; <a title=\"Inces promueve tecnolog\u00edas de avanzada para la gastronom\u00eda venezolana\" class=\"hm-read-more\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mpppst.gob.ve\/mpppstweb\/index.php\/2016\/12\/01\/inces-promueve-tecnologias-de-avanzada-para-la-gastronomia-venezolana\/\"><span class=\"screen-reader-text\">Inces promueve tecnolog\u00edas de avanzada para la gastronom\u00eda venezolana<\/span>Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":9512,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[205,255],"tags":[244,241],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
